THINK TWICE,BEFORE GOING HERE!!!! Rushed Service, Lied on Paperwork, and My Car Needed Oil Weeks Later! I went to this Jiffy Lube location on 06/24 for a standard oil change. Less than a month later, my car is telling me to add oil which should NEVER happen after a recent oil change. That was my first red flag. It gets worse: * They rushed through my service, didn't give me an oil change sticker, and acted like everything was fine. * I came back the next day to complain, and the manager didn't care he just gave me a sticker and said he'd update my info when I returned. * The paperwork claimed they inspected my car and noted a leak yet didn't tell me that, show me anything, or recommend a fix. Just quietly wrote it in the fine print. * When I called the shop, no one answered. I had to contact Jiffy Lube customer service directly, and now I'm waiting 1-3 days for someone to maybe respond while my car risks damage. Update: Turned my car on! SMH Update: My engine is making noise now and still no oil leaks anywhere. I shouldn't be dealing with this right after an oil change. Something's not right. Update: Slight Progress but Ongoing Frustration with Unprofessionalism After filing a formal complaint with customer service, I was finally contacted by the actual manager not the shift lead I'd previously dealt with. To his credit, he was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping. He called me at 7:30 AM the morning after my complaint and insisted to come to my home to inspect the vehicle. Once here, he briefly looked under the car and identified a small oil leak within two minutes. He then asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop for a full diagnostic. During our conversation, I asked why I wasn't notified of the leak during my last oil change. His response? "It's not policy to inform customers; it's only done as a courtesy." He also stated that surveillance footage confirmed the technician noticed the issue and pointed it out to a colleague--but no one told me at the time. When I asked about asking for a manager and he stated it was shift lead he said technically he was the manager because I wasn't there. To make matters worse, I had previously called customer service, where I was told to wait 1-3 business days for a resolution yet no one ever mentioned that free oil top-offs are available between services. I ended up spending $48 out of pocket for oil and paying someone to top it off for me. The manager did say he would reimburse me for that cost, but as of now, I haven't received a thing. While the manager seemed like he truly wanted to help, the overall experience has been chaotic, inconsistent, and highly unprofessional. I'm now reluctant to bring my vehicle back to this location. Between the lack of transparency, failure to follow through, and ongoing miscommunication, I no longer trust this company to provide honest or reliable service. read more

Very friendly and efficient! One man showed up at the garage as I pulled up, opened all the doors for me and directed me to coffee/magazine/restroom waiting area. After a minute or 2 a different attendant (possible mngr) came in and chatted about my vehicle. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Even scored a coupon which took the sting off the $100 I spent for a few extra maintenance. The waiting area was clean and comfortable enough. I'll definitely be back! A week after getting my oil changed, I stopped in one Friday night on my way home from work and they kindly diagnosed my car with alternator problems. They don't do that repair so they gave me advice on what to do. Now a couple of weeks later I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked after the big ice and snow storm we had. I really appreciated the Jiffy Lube in Belleville, IL. We didn't necessarily need an oil change but were wondering if they could just check our fluids. They did that and so much more with awesome customer service! They topped off everything, checked tires, and made us feel really good about the road ahead. I visited this oil change place because it was the closest to me. I asked the manager to check if my coolant had been topped off because my temp gauge was going into the red. He asked the service tech did he do so. He replied, "If here gauge is going into the red, she might need a new sensor." Fine. I pay. I'm off. Not 60 seconds later, the gauge is rising. I go up a few blocks to Auto Zone to buy some coolant and I go straight home. The next morning when my car is cool, I pop the hood and check my coolant and NOTHING HAS BEEN ADDED. I called the manager and explain that nothing was added to my coolant reservoir and not even the dust that was on the cap and reservoir had been disturbed. No finger prints, nothing. The manager offers a 15 dollar off coupon, which I picked, but then I started thinking, next time it may be worse! I might not even get my oil changed out or worse, not getting what I paid for, not to mention that the same incompetent technician works there. I will not be back. DO NOT GO HERE. A couple days later, after I ADDED some coolant, my car's temp gauge is operating just fine and I didn't need a new sensor, either. read more
