I actively avoid getting my oil changed. I mean I literally just will not go get it done. So this day I big girl forced myself stop after work. It's post pandemic so you still stay in the car. Only complaint is that's it got a lil warm, but I can't complain...it's summer in Louisiana. I believe Amy was Cory were the main two helping me today. Cory was SOOOOOO funny. It helped the time pass faster. Amy made me feel comfortable with needing or not needing to change out filters. As a lady I always feel like I'm getting hustled into getting new filters when I don't really need to get em changed yet. Oil changes here a more expensive than other places, but the peace of mind I have leaving after forcing myself to go in is worth it. I had hit a pot hole and needed for them to tell me why my check engine light came on. I am not familiar with the area, was dropping my daughter off to college and had just had the car serviced. They were very friendly and helpful. Provided me with a referral of someone who could fix the car and made sure I understood the codes that came up. Again the staff was amazing! read more

Never had a reason to not give Jiffy Lube the full 5 stars! Had a company Fleet car for a few years, and Jiffy Lube has always been my preference for a quick oil change. Another choice with my company is Take Five, but for some reason, I just feel that Jiffy Lube is more thorough. They've caught nails in tires before and always know just what maintenance my car is due for. Always very professional and knowledgeable. Clean waiting room too. Right now, during COVID, they are doing a "drive through" oil change, which is fine by me as I don't have to leave my vehicle! Today, they serviced everything including replacing my air filter, which apparently had never been done (2 year old car so gross!) and is very complex for a Chevy Cruz. Who knew?! Luckily, Jiffy Lube did, and they took their time to get it right and didn't complain (even though the poor guy had to remove my entire glovebox to get to it!) Long story short, I highly recommended the Coursey location of Jiffy Lube. I haven't used other locations so can't say for certain what others are like, but this one is fantastic! read more

I was in need of an oil change bad!! I pulled in and maybe 20 minutes later I was on my way. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions that I had for them. You stay in the car for the entire process. I was able to kill two birds with one stone. I answered work emails and got my oil changed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great service! Jiffy lube has always been very efficient, as the name says. I never have a problem with the service. However, I had to use the restroom upon arrival. I go inside to use it and to my utter shock and dismay, found it horrible. It's 10am and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Thanks, but no thanks Jiffy Lube, I'll hold it. read more

Yeah, except not even an hour on the highway and my skid plate was hanging from one side since it wasn't put back properly. Friendly only gets you so far. I ended up having to go to another Jiffy Lube to fix the issue. Wasting additional hours of my day when it should have been a wham bam thank you ma'am sort of service... All you have to do is put the screws in the skid plate. read more

After a frustrating trip to Richard's Honda to get the oil changed in my Honda Odyssey, and having had an appointment in advance, only to find out that their compressor was down and they had no way of pumping oil, and being mad that they did not email or call me to let me know, I took my business to the closest Jiffy Lube. My vehicle was the only one there when I pulled in, and was welcomed with open arms. I told them what I needed and they made it happen, in under 20 minutes. The only issue I had was that the dealership usually runs me a little less that $40, and Jiffy Lube was twice as much. At this point, I was already committed to getting my oil changed there. I have a fused spinal cord and have not yet managed to find a way to do it myself. Where there's a will, there's a way... I'm just not there yet. Orlando and Brennan at jiffy lube were amazing ! They helped me correct the hole in one of my tires temporarily. They explained they don't use patches anymore, but were happy to assist me in still fixing the tire using another method. In short, great service, great guys, professional and honest. Jalen and the rest of the team took great care of my son's car. I was worried we had a battery issue and the team checked the battery, starter and alternator to make sure the car was okay. They reviewed all the results with us and told us everything was fine. The oil change was very quick and Jalen found we were low on coolant and tipped us off. They even had AC to blow into our car to keep us cool as we waited. This is a great store. read more

I went here right before closing with my Prius. They changed my oil and my car subsequently stopped running in an intersection 0.5 miles away. I called them to ask if they would look at it and they said they were closing and they wouldn't be able to help me. My car was working fine prior to this and subsequently would not run at all. I visited the Jiffy Lube on Coursey yesterday to have the oil changed in my recently-deceased grandmother's Buick Regal. I just have to say that of all my years dealing with auto shops, oil changes, etc., I've never received the kind of service and treatment I experienced yesterday! The store was clean and comfortable, but the customer service was absolutely impeccable! I was immediately greeted at my vehicle, and the service I was requesting was explained to me very thoroughly along with the price. The gentleman then guided me out of my vehicle, and gave me a tour of the customer waiting area. He was so friendly, and so accommodating! After a very short wait, the gentleman called me over to his computer where he explained my options, and recommended some additional services, to which I agreed. Again, after a very short wait, he called me to his checkout station and explained all of the work that was done, and took my payment. He then proceeded to lead me out of the waiting area and back to my vehicle where he opened the driver-side door and ushered my into the car. I felt as though I were a VIP or Diplomat who'd had the red carpet rolled out to my vehicle. I'm getting chills just recounted the experience. Well done Jiffy Lube! Well done! Employees are friendly, but I will never return here. This is a prime example of why I dread taking my car in for routine maintenance. The sign advertised oil changes starting at $24.99 (up to 5 quarts). I already knew that mine hold 6.8 quarts, so I was prepared to pay for the extra oil. Initially I was told that it was going to be $108.50. Immediately I told them no thanks; then the haggling began. I HATE this! Why can't someone just give you the cheap oil that is closest to the advertised price? I don't understand the need to try to rip someone off. I will never stop here again. read more

Early Saturday no waiting fresh Community coffee. They meet you as you drive up. New store next to the Neighborhood Walmart. But their system was down so no CC transactions and if you have a fleet vehicle they accommodated. They would even give a substantial discount if you returned when their system rebooted. Visited this location yesterday for an oil change. Entire process took close to an hour with two vehicles ahead of mine. I was charged for their "full service" oil change even though I had declined it when I first spoke with the technician. Total cost for the service was $107 (I've recently started using synthetic, but still!). Will not be visiting again. read more
