They totally screwed up my car. I did not give them permission to replace a butterfly screw on my oil pan . Ever since then my car has leaked oil and now the oil pan has to be replaced at a cost of $900 Their turnover rate is very high and I don't think most of the people working there know what they're doing. I went in for a brake fluid flush. The team were nice when greeting me. The techs get 5 stars. They checked my brake fluid, said it looked clean and verified that I actually wanted a flush. I thought that was nice and honest of them. I had an air bubble in the system, so I did want it flushed and they were quick, showed attention to detail and did a road test after to make sure everything was good. The person who ran the cash register was not super attentive. Also, the waiting room is small and unkept (trash was coming out of the trash cans, furniture sucked, not a place to sit down and do any work on my laptop). Be Careful and get a quote up front. I pulled in and showed them my phone coupon for $20 off a synthetic oil change for my 20 year old Chevy Impala. They were very quick and 5 minutes later they say $117 which was about double what I expected. I drove away, as I was in a hurry. When I got home I looked at the email they sent with the receipt and realized that they didn't even give me the $20 off for the coupon! Quick service, but $117 for a 5 minute oil change? And then ignoring my coupon to boot! I guess I'll stick to Meneike where I've never paid more than $60 even with synthetic. read more

Stopped by at 8:45am today to get my engine air filter switched out after driving 30K miles/manufacturer recommendations. I didn't get his name, but he was professional, quick, honest, and kind. He showed me the old and new filters, comparing it side by side, and recommended I not change it, because the old one was still clean and in good condition. He checked my fluids without asking and topped off the coolant for free. Amazing! read more

Went to this location for a oil change today, 5-15-23. When I got there there was only one person at the shop,to which he didn't like he was to happy to be there. I do not recommend this location. The price was not great for the service I got. Building is is disarray, looks like it is going to fall down. read more

These guys rock. My car needs oil changes infrequently, every 10,000 miles. I had it changed several weeks ago at a competitor. Lo and behold, they had used a cheap part to plug the gasket (or something like that), causing my oil to completely leak out over the course of a couple weeks. I brought this into the good people at Jiffy Lube and described my situation. Within an hour, they had explained the problem, replaced the part, and refilled my oil. The best part? They didn't charge me a dime. If I need any service when I'm in the area, I will visit them again. read more

I used to only go to grease monkey to have my oil changed. Every time I went in there though, they would try to tell me I needed something that I had just had done. I decided to go to jiffy lube the last three oil changes and I am so glad I switched. Their employees are so friendly, and I never have to search online for coupons, because they always automatically add a discount if there is a coupon. I normally maintain my own vehicles, however I was short on time so I decided to run into Jiffy Lube as one of my crew recommended them. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received. I'll start with the positives. POSITIVES: Friendly service. As I drove up I was greeted by a friendly female technician. I suspect her name was Chantelle, as it appears on my receipt. Fast service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. NEGATIVES: Incorrect vehicle inspection. The service checklist indicated the brake fluid was low. It's not, I checked the fluid level after I returned to my office. Missing services. The service checklist indicated the floors were vacuumed. They were not. The same debris and fir needles I drove in with were still on the floor when I left. The service checklist indicated the chassis was lubed at 7 fittings. I slid under the vehicle and checked. All 7 grease fittings in the front suspension and steering were covered with the same road dirt I drove in with. Messy techs. There were two new greasy footprints on my driver's side floor mat, grease on the steering wheel, and a greasy handprint on the drivers door after the oil change. Lesson learned.....I'll do it myself next time. read more

I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they usually vacuum the car after which is one of the reasons I go there. After my oil was changed I opened the door to my car to leave and saw my car hadn't been vacuumed. To be as polite as possible I asked, "does it cost extra to get my car vacuumed?" And in response the Jiffy Lube employee said, "No. I guess they were just too lazy to do it." And he let me drive away with out even trying to make up for. This is the second time I've gone and they hadn't vacuumed my car. Would not recommend this Jiffy Lube. All the other ones I've been to have been great.... read more

I'm very unhappy with my service as a mother of 3 that was waiting for an oil change. I was taken advantage of & had an expensive type of oil put into my vehicle (not knowing what type my vehicle took )so instead of the $38 I was hoping to pay I was charged $75. Truly upset me I'd hope a business like this would see a mother of 3 & want to save them money in some way but instead this specific jiffy lube took advantage of my situation. Also they had let me know that the vacuum was broken so they wouldn't be able to vacuum my vehicle so I said ok on my receipt it said that a had declined the service. Very unhappy with my services I hope other people have better luck. read more

Took my car there a couple weeks ago for an oil change. Yesterday my car was completely void of oil. Turns our the performing tech put the wrong oil filter and my engine was pouring out oil - I noticed the leak, but thought nothing of it as my car has always had some leakage. I came to the shop looking for tire rotation and oil change service. Thanks to the sharp eye of Travis who rotated my tires a bolt about 1/2 thick was embedded in the tire. They changed the oil, checked all the fluids, washed the windows, vacuumed the floor, double-checked all the lights (I thought one was out... it wasn't), and answered several general car questions with patience and cheerfulness!
