I was there 45 minutes because they couldn't find the correct air filter. They left some of the bolts out of my air filter box. I found two in the engine compartment and one I didn't find. Also, today I found out that my undercarriage was missing bolts to secure it and they were the last ones under there. In the photo, you can see where I replaced the bolt in my air filter box. The other photo you can see where my undercarriage is hanging because there is a missing bolt there too. I am going someplace else next time. read more

OMG! These guys have always been so great. Today I took in my car because the computer said I was 30 days past due for service and of course it uses synthetic oil...... The gentleman came back in and showed me how good the oil looked and said everything looked good. He said I only had 1700 miles since my last oil change and it is recommended at 7000. Man I felt stupid. He said if I was really set on having it done he would do it but that it was not recommended. That's honesty and excellent customer service! read more

Special Shout-out to BEN, David, and Mike! Excellent service. Reliable. Quick response and turnaround time. I brought one of my vehicles to have it serviced. I had the rear differential serviced, oil changed, transmission oil and filter changed, rear brakes changed out and my tires rotated. I have to give the staff here credit. Everywhere else was telling me that I had to wait a few weeks. I needed to get the service done. I know Jiffy Lube sometimes has employees that have not been up to par, but these three really did a great job. I have had my mobile mechanic stop by to inspect the work - (he too was swamped and couldn't get to my vehicle for a few weeks.) He inspected the work and said they did a great job (this means a lot to me). I really appreciate the time and effort these gentlemen dedicated to get my vehicle ready for my long road trip ahead. Cheers to 5 Star service! I hope these guys stick around. I will be back to have my motor mounts replaced soon. I went for my oil change everything went fine until they told me I missed two transmission services. I told them I was there four months earlier for an oil change and nobody told me it needed transmission service. they told me since I missed two transmission service they won't do it anymore!! Ulysses and Julian were amazing! They were quick, attentive, and explained "car talk" in a way that made total sense to me (I know very little). There was a great promotional for an oil change going on ($21.99). They filled up my tires, made me aware of any slight issues my car may have but didn't pressure me at all (which I really appreciate). I also got to stay in my car the whole time too. Don't trust these guys. They did their inspection and said all my fluids were topped off/full and when i got home i discovered my radiator had a leak and there was no fluid in it. My windshield wiper fluid was also low. The guy broke my radio transmitter in half which was in between my two seats, i dont know how that could've happened. They also took over twice as long as other oil change places do when i was the only customer there when i arrived.(50 minutes) They also wouldnt honor the coupon i got in the mail and i live locally. I contacted the district manager when this happened and he never got back to me after we talked, not sure if he did anything about it... read more

This place is a joke. Told my 71 year old mother she needed to get synthetic oil because that's what it said on her oil cap. Of course I checked it and all it says it what weight oil she needs. I have been to Jiffy Lube many times and went to this location yesterday since it is closest to home. There was one person in the other lane, one free for my car. By the time I got back from lunch an hour later, they were done, perfect. Service was friendly, they did a good, clean job and gave me a discount, that they higher priced superior oil change was just over $20, including tax and an extra gallon of oil. They overfilled my engine oil and when I complained to Corporate this Jiffy Lube location sent me to another location up the street to do a compression test, which that location didn't really do and made up numbers to protect them and make it seem as if things were fine. I will be suing the Owner of this location, he also told me he sold the shop the day after I did my oil change there. Big time scammers and Corporate is no better. We had used this location before and had good luck, fair quick, no upsells , but this time was not the case. Tried to get me to change the front differential fluid on a 2 wheel drive truck. For those of you who don't know, there isn't a front differential on a 2 wheel drive truck. I installed a new air filter a week ago and was told it was dirty and needed replacement. So I was a bit pisst and almost didn't have them do the oil change. Then when it was ready, they left the last oil change sticker, hadn't reset the oil change light, no vacuum, no window wash, not worth the $105 for the oil change. read more

I am giving them two stars instead of one because before yesterday I always had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. After work I noticed that a bunch of lights had come on in my vehicle dashboard. Immediately I checked my oil and it was low. I realized I was behind schedule on getting an oil change. I quickly drove to the Jiffy Lube on Hwy 18 I arrived there a few minutes before 5:30 (closing time is 6pm) and was told that they cannot provide an oil change today because we have one in the bay (only one bay was open, a truck was parked in the second bay, but both bay doors were closed). I usually always go to that Jiffy Lube and I was suprised because that had never happened to me before when I came after work. I quickly called the other Jiffy Lube (on Bear Valley) and asked if there was any chance I could come in, they told me absolutely, and that policy states that as long as I get there before 6pm they have to take me. I called this Jiffy Lube (Hwy 18) just to clarify what their policy was for future reference. The manager answered the phone and stated that they don't take any cars after 5:30pm. I told him that I arrived before 5:30pm. He stated that he has to leave work right at 6pm and that because there was already a vehicle in the bay and he had to clean up the shop after that is why they couldn't take me. I asked about the policy I was told at the other Jiffy Lube (Bear Valley) and he stated that since he is the manager he gets to make the rules. That was all fine and dandy, rules are rules, right, I just wanted to clarify for future reference. Anyways, I drove over to the one on Bear Valley, and asked them there if the policy they had told me over the phone was the same at all Jiffy Lube's or if each has a different policy. He said it is supposed to be the same policy for both of these Jiffy Lube's so he didn't know why I recieved different treatment at the other Jiffy Lube (Hwy 18). Anyways I was so incredibly thankful for the amazing support I got at the Bear Valley Jiffly Lube after my less than desirable experience. Prior to today I always got my oil changes at the Hwy 18 Jiffy Lube because it is on my way home from work, but I will now go out of my way to go to the Bear Valley one for sure. read more
