The food was very bland and overpriced. Having to cook my own food for the price I am paying for this is ridiculous. Very disappointing experience and very disappointed in the cheap food. They do have a large variety of food and spices but the ingredients are cheap and you can taste it. No directions other than what the servers explain. We had listen to a whistle sound the whole time we cooked our own food because the exhaust system in this building is broken. Smoke from the burning grease on the aluminum foil grill makes it hard to enjoy any company you bring here and they will charge you for any extra food left on the table. read more

Food is delicious and service is always kind and welcoming. We came for my birthday recently and we mentioned it offhand near the end of our dinner and they brought out candles and a small cake and sang to me. All the workers are so sweet here! Highly recommend the short ribs from the grillables section. If you're overwhelmed by the sauces section just ask for help and they can make you something. read more

We celebrated my brother's birthday over the weekend at your establishment. Our waitress, which I cannot remember her name, was absolutely outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and made for an amazing experience. The food was fresh, very well seasoned. I would give the experience a 10/10 however.... The gentleman in charge, whether he is the supervisor or manager, needs to be evaluated in how he chooses to coach his employees. Instead of doing so in front of customers, he should be doing this in the back. It almost seemed belittling to a server, while in the servers face, while this server was trying to hand out beverages at a table to the customers. Another time he used his finger pointing at a specific table while in his employees face to which the employee was well composed as he was not. Because of that employees actions alone, 7/10. They were all working hard and keeping up in a busy environment. While I completely understand providing tips to become a better server and worker, it's all about how you provide the feedback. read more

Trying our hands at hot pot cooking, along with barbecue, made for a great family get together. Because the food is cooked at the table, with several trips to the food bars, we had plenty of time to visit and enjoy the experience. The hot pot selection is fantastic and gets *****. It is the freshest it could ever be with so much variety. I loved the noodles with shrimp and lots of vegetables. Delicious! Also, each person gets their own broth, so one can pick from five or six available bases. My four-star rating is first, because of some confusion about whether or not there was a vegetarian option for the broth (one person at the table was vegetarian and was told there was chicken or pork with no vegetarian option, but the boss LATER told us there are THREE vegetarian options if you ask) and secondly, because I didn't know what flavors went together for the hot pot broth. There are no suggestions for what might work together if one likes spicy, or medium, or salty, or anything else. I experimented a little, but didn't want to ruin the broth. What I ended up with was fine, but I kept thinking there could be a better combination. The barbecue skewers were great. I enjoyed the chicken and Bulgogi beef. The food was awesome, lots of very fresh options and it's the first time I've ever been able to enjoy hot pot and Korean barbecue at the same time. It was also really nice because each person had their own hot pot and could choose their broth and ingredients without cross contamination ingredients. The buildout of the space was really nice too. We had a great time and our waiter was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend eating here! read more

Went here for a family gathering and our waiter disappeared on us halfway but didn't really matter since you get up and grab things yourself. It's a neat experience! The waitstaff is super friendly. They take their time and explain how the Hot Pot works, not to cook your food in it, and they have suggestions (GOOD ONES!) on what to try. Also, demonstrating the BBQ and advising to make sure things are cooked through as they are raw on the food bars. The restaurant is clean and cheery. It has a really good and fun vibe! It is nice that QC finally has a hotpot/Korean BBQ place. The price is decent. The variety of food at the buffet bar is one of the best I've seen. I do like that it is buffet style so you can pick how much of each item you want. Service is decent. Lost a star for lack of education of staff. They should be able to explain what is in their hotpot soup base as well as what jelly is in their drinks. Also, they should have gone with non-stick Korean BBQ grill. The foil sucks even with oil. This was a nice place. Great deal on food for the anmount that you are able to eat. The staff was super friendly and nice. It was my first time here and they explained everything very well. There is so many options and it was amazing. I tried the bubble tea and that was very good as well. The only thing that I was not to happy about was that since it is korean bbq, they did not have Gochujang available. I would have loved to have that with my meal. read more

Such a fun local place! The atmosphere is fun, doesn't feel like you're in the middle of the quad cities. We are so glad we tried. Such a fun experience, we took the whole fam, the kids loved it. Food was fantastic. Love all the options, so many different combinations you can make. So no matter what you're feeling like, seafood or steak you got it! Service was wonderful, and so helpful. Omg I was just there last Sunday. First time there and I'm going back again next Sunday !! It's great food selection similar to other restaurants in the area, except you cook the food your self at your table ! Fantastic fun and the wait staff are amazing they helped us with the entire meal !! How and what works best for cooking ! The first thing on the menu is to pick a soup base and then add to it !!
