In my time as one of his patients, he went through four in a five and one half year period. One time when I went in for a visit with the nurse practitioner, his nurse was on that side of the office and I asked her why she was there and she said she had to get away from Dr. Murphy then I found out she quit. He only uses one IPA, which can be limited as to what specialist you can see and I asked him about that one time and he said if I wanted to see him that's the IPA. I'd have to accept one time he didn't give me test results when he should have. He also claimed he was only treating me for one thing when my explanation of benefits from my insurance showed he was billing them for three things . Some reviews say he's personable and he is until he's not like if you question him he cannot seem to admit a mistake he made .

I think the staff answers calls for all of the offices and some of them just do what they can to get you off the line and don't really care if they help you. I guess they think when you call back someone else will do the work. Lazy. Then they get mad that you call so many times. Trust me, I wish I didn't have to spend 2 days trying to get someone to understand what is needed. I did the work asking about my request from the dr 2 weeks ago. Then gave them a heads up on Monday or Tuesday. Then asked for what I needed yesterday. Now today, All the calls to the pharmacy then Dr office then pharmacy etc. come on. Should I really have to go through all that? Even though I would ask for someone that I already talked to, the person would say they could help me and no different results. I think that there could be a level of customer service care that could increase significantly in order to make the experience better at this office. I am seriously considering switching doctors just to escape the front desk at this office, which is extremely unfortunate as I really like the doctor.

Dr. Hatch is the most unprofessional and condescending doctor I've ever been to. I came for a…read moreconsult for ADHD medication. I was diagnosed by a different center after multiple days of testing (probably 12 hours) and have a full written report of my diagnosis. Dr. Hatch questioned how I could "think" I have ADHD and relentless pummeled me with insulting questions, including asking about my period and saying my family probably "walks on eggshells around me." Anytime he asked a question, I had about a 5 second window to answer before he interrupted me and questioned my answers. He asked about my education and said "so how do you have ADHD if you had a 3.8 gpa?" - to which I explained to him, the "professional," that people with ADHD, can still do well in school, it was just a lot more effort on my part to keep my grades up. He immediately became visibly mad at me for speaking up and said to my face "Well I see the emotional side now!" literally grinning and laughing at me. I flat out told him "you can't speak to me that way," and he put his hands down, leaned over his desk, getting close to my face and said "excuse me?!!" Nastiest man I've ever met. He told me "I'm not gonna be able to help you if you act like this!" so I stood up, told him I'm not comfortable with him and walked out. I truly can't convey through typing just how awful he was. I left sobbing because he was so mean. Invalidating my diagnosis is one thing (which I am used to), but raising your voice and trying to physically intimidate a 20 year old girl?? Disgusting. No doctor should get away with treating someone like that. I feel awful for anyone who's had to see him and hope he is relieved of his job.
