They showed up a day early and started working without connecting with me or confirming the work. By the time I realized they were there working they had removed all the grass in my front yard and most of my backyard. They left me with nothing but dirt. They did lay down mulch and trimmed the trees. I was shocked. And needless to say incredibly dissatisfied. He had no explanation other than that was clean up, I thought they would be mowing and raking. Not only have I spent over 1000.00 having top soil brought in and new seed planted but there are weeds growing through the mulch.

I hired Green Acres Landscape for a one day job to install two water lines and 12 sprinkler heads…read moreinto an existing sprinkler system. I paid half up front and waited for work to start, 3 weeks later I find they forgot to put me on their schedule. When they showed up, it was not the crew I was told would be there, just one guy with a shovel instead of power equipment. He dug some trenches 12" deep and others 3" deep. He said it was harder digging in the backyard so he only went 3" deep. He broke an existing PVC drainage line and started putting duct tape on it to fix it. I said fix it correctly and he left the job site. I called the office and they said he will be back in the morning to fix it. While I was standing there with him, in front of the broken pipe, he buried it without fixing it. I made him dig it up and fix it. When the sprinkler heads were installed and adjusted, I started the sprinkler system to test it. It watered the side of my house and my neighbors yard. He said the 25 foot ratchet heads were could not water an 8' wide yard without getting water on the house. They came out the next day and replaced the heads and tried again. They had issue after issue and moved and changed the type of head three more times. It was a total clown show. The sprinklers did not go to the property line and I had 18" of dead yard. A Relationship Manager came over and he looked at everything and said he would fix the following day, which he did. The next day everything was fixed and I was happy. The manager handed me a letter from the ladies in the office. I thought it was a gift certificate to a local restaurant for all the trouble I experienced, but it was a letter stating that they were done working on my sprinkler system and any other repairs or issues will cost me $82 an hr. It was a slap in the face and poor customer service. They turned a one day job into a nightmare without one word of regret.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Timberview Tree Service!…read more Six months ago Humberto (the owner) and his crew came out to trim a 100 foot Douglas Fir tree that showed evidence of rotting in the middle, and was disturbingly close to my house. He gave a fair price, so I asked if he could do some additional work. They skillfully trimmed 8 feet off of a 20 foot tall unruly hedge, alongside the street and a gully on the edge of my property. Today they came and removed a 120 foot tall Douglas Fir tree that was leaning precariously, due to roots that had found their way above ground and rotted. The only thing holding it up was a large tree on the other side of the driveway, that the top of this tree was now leaning on. It was a complicated job to be sure. Once again I received a fair estimate/price and professional, prompt, efficient and friendly service. They have all the equipment necessary to do whatever job you need done. Highly Recommend!

They completed our entire project, which in addition to installing the pool, included regrading the lawn, building retaining walls, a new irrigation system, and a complete landscape design, in roughly 3.5 months. Aren has a great eye for design, and came with a lot of great ideas, while also listening to us closely to understand what we wanted and what was important to us. Travis made sure all of the details were handled, and that everything was done with a high standard of quality. Once the project was completed, they followed up as needed to address any issues we had. The result was a collaborative effort that turned our boring patch of grass into a backyard oasis.

Corresponded with me through texts including giving me a quote for the job which I found to be a great value. He arrived on time and safely cut down and removed a 30-foot-tall tree in the front yard and he and his son cleaned up the lawn, sidewalk, and street. No mess at all left behind. On the second job two weeks later, he came alone, followed my request to trim off the lower branches of four large trees in the back yard. There were a LOT of branches! These would surely be on the lawn in the next ice storm! And just like last time, these branches don't rebound. This was disaster prevention. He hauled away all the branches off the lawn, then raked the entire length of the 63 feet long by 8 feet deep bed underneath the trees! I did NOT expect that kind of cleanup! I haven't seen that bed so clean in years! He used a blower and cleared the driveway, sidewalk and street of anything that fell during the removal. Again, I was left with no clean up task after he left. Seriously folks, if you need this type of work done by a professional, look no further than The Woodcracker. Highest recommendations!
