We had simple but specific designs in mind and Keely helped bring that to life during our consults. We were even surprised at the variety of candles we were able to select to pair with our arrangements. Keely was flexible when we needed to change our order just weeks before our wedding date due to guest count changes and helped meet our budget needs. Fortunately, Mayfield also had prior experience working with our wedding venue, Providence Vineyard, so the communication and delivery process was seamless. We were thrilled with how all of the floral aspects turned out and have provided photos in the review. The amazing part is that we were able to bring a large chunk of the florals home and were able to enjoy them for over two weeks after the wedding!

The beginning stages of discussing my plans were great but after I got quoted, I got ghosted. I emailed, called, and left VMs probably 6-7 times from the end of Jan-mid Feb and have never heard back. The service and communication I received were super disappointing. I would never move forward with a vendor who communicated like this for such an important day as my wedding.

I wanted to publicly honor my client and friend of 29 years, Oleta Adams, on her final show as she was retiring. In all the years of touring, Oleta would often receive beautiful bouquets of live flowers that she would have to leave in her dressing room after the show. I wanted her to have something that could be sent home, for her to have a keepsake of her final show and her 55 years of touring. Laura made a gorgeous life-like bouquet that after I was able to hand to Oleta at her last performance, then she mailed the bouquet to safely arrive at Oleta's home. Laura is a class act, a wonderful artist in her own right, and a great business owner. I highly recommend her, her business and her work. Chévy Nash Artist Manager for Oleta Adams

I was told my review of Jennifer Fox Weddings wasn't fair by the company, so I've taken some time…read moreto simply outline what occurred during my wedding weekend. I hired this company based on its positive reviews. This was my experience: * Hair and makeup setup requirements were not communicated to the hotel staff. Requests for chairs and mirrors were never relayed, and my mother had to scramble the morning of the wedding to accommodate everyone. * Room numbers were not provided to the hair and makeup vendors. I had to send that information myself. This included texts and calls the morning of my wedding! * My makeup artist got lost and attempted to contact our planner for assistance but could not reach her. I was the one providing directions and room information to the vendor over the phone on my wedding morning! * Our planner heavily emphasized the importance of managing guest allergies and told us she would personally check in with guests regarding accommodations before dinner. This did not happen. During dinner, two guests approached me at the sweetheart table asking whether their allergies would be accommodated. * Our planner arrived approximately 40 minutes- an hour late to the rehearsal on Friday. Because the venue was close to closing, we began without her, and I ended up running my own rehearsal and processional. (If i was a planner I would be 30 minutes early, on time is late. Being 30+ minutes late after the start time is unacceptable.) * I was immediately told by the planner that she had been downstairs attempting to gain access the entire time she was late. Based on information from members of our wedding party who were waiting for her, that was not the case. We had people waiting for her. We had a lost phone being found outside during that time. She was not there. * During our first dance, she was seated in the background next to the DJ, slouched over, visibly scrolling on her phone. The bright screen is clearly visible in our first dance video. * Throughout the weekend, I received multiple complaints about her from members of the wedding party. * There were repeated errors in the wedding timeline, which was not finalized and distributed until the day before the wedding. Too many things were cut too close to the final few days before. * When the timeline was finally sent, multiple family members contacted my husband and me because bridal party members had been omitted, times were incorrect, and other information contained errors. These are the events as I experienced them. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine.
