Second they sent an email stating the flowers were hand delivered at 4 pm but didn't show up until 5:30pm. Third the order was for 2 balloons and she only received 1. So, I ordered a plant for my friend's office to celebrate his promotion, thinking it would be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, he called me laughing and asked what it was supposed to be. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified.
