It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. It is a challenge to live without a kitchen (during construction), and knowing we were in good hands made it so much easier.

We can't thank them enough! Chris and Jennifer are so friendly, professional, ethical and honest. They communicated weekly schedules and their crew was prompt, skilled, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Chris and Jennifer are an outstanding team! We highly recommend Craft Builders and would definitely hire them again and would give them 10 stars if we could! THANK YOU Chris, Jennifer and team for doing this project for us!

We had them come back a few weeks later to begin with taking out the wall between our dining and living rooms, as well as the fireplace. They were able to get started very quickly, and it only took around 2 weeks from start to finish. Everyone that was in on the project was very professional, kind, and mindful of everything. We have an 11-month-old, and they did a great job with keeping the noise down during her nap times. They were very good at communicating what times they would be at the house and when they left and came back from breaks/lunch. The work that they did was incredible! You would never know that we had that wall or the fireplace in the house if you walked in today! The beam that they added along with the drywall and paint looks seamless! There was a little height discrepancy between the rooms, meaning that we had to remove more flooring than we originally anticipated; however, the company had discontinued that particular line and replaced it with a new one. Ralph called numerous dealers and was able to find us 3 boxes left! The fact that he spent the time to find the flooring for us shows the commitment they have to satisfying the customer! I will leave you with a few pictures of the before, during, and after. The work was amazing, the workers were incredible, and I will definitely be using them again for future projects!

A huge thank you to our project manager, Allen, who did an amazing job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with--a special shoutout to Johan (their master plumber and electrician) and his brother for their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Like most major remodels, there were a few unexpected delays along the way, but almost all of them were completely out of their control. What impressed me most was their dedication: the team worked tirelessly, including weekends, to make up for lost time and keep us on schedule. We were also thrilled with their designer, Emanuele, who was incredible to work with. He helped guide us through color schemes and design choices, and his vision really brought the spaces to life. On top of the bathrooms, we decided last-minute to have them replace the cracking tile in our entranceway. They knocked it out incredibly fast, and they did a great job containing dust and keeping the work areas clean throughout the process. I highly recommend Wise Builders to anyone looking for quality work, clear communication, and a hardworking team. Thank you, Wise Builders!

They are honest, forthcoming, and patient, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project as they worked diligently to keep everything on track. Even though those HVAC problems cost us about six weeks, the overall project still came in right on schedule. Our kitchen designer, Michele, was fantastic and brought our vision to life perfectly, and the bathrooms were designed beautifully as well. The crew--Angel, Asher, Enrique, and Donato--were professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have in our home. The real question is: how does your contractor handle the issues as they come up? We started the process of our kitchen remodel with a meeting with Sean Silva. He was by far the most invested in what our goals were compared to the other contractors we spoke with. As the project got booked, he did an in-person handoff to Jim Wright, who would be our project manager from start to finish. Jim is the consummate professional. He would communicate with us openly with schedules and plans, and he always did so professionally. He developed a great rapport with our child during the process too. He always listened to our requests and made great recommendations based on his experience. You can tell he's super hands on, even though there are a number of sub-contractors throughout the process. He respected the space and was true to his word in terms of organization and cleanliness. A quick shout out to Ann Marie from Lazy Susan designs who helped us design the space and order the cabinets and tile/countertops. She was also super invested in the process and provided great feedback. As mentioned, there were a number of issues including a minor flood when one of the painters made a mistake. This happened on a holiday weekend, but Jim was able to get someone on-site within an hour to do a full cleanup and when construction resumed after the holiday, they fully corrected the issue. There were a few other issues on which I wont go into detail here, but the take-away is that Jim and SCC were able to satisfy our concerns when they cropped up. At every step of the way, we felt that Jim and company were committed to doing the process correctly, even if it meant extra cost and time. The word that comes to mind is "integrity". We intend to work with SCC for future renovation projects.
