Justin can't even read the instructions on the product. A floor with good durability needs either…read morea seal coat plus two finish coats, or three finish coats. I called and talked to the technical support for the product they used (Absco Pro Select Satin). It was confirmed that Justin cut corners. You can see that three coats is the industry standard by doing a quick Google search, or by visiting the National Wood Floor Association website. Yes the floor looks good, but it will not last like it should. I am missing a layer of protection on my floor. I had to get another flooring company come finish the job correctly. Justin wanted to charge me more money to do it right. I already paid more than it should be because he has a minimum charge. I was happy to pay a minimum, but thought I would get a professional job. He told me it would last if I don't wear shoes on my floor or let my dogs walk on it. They certainly won't be doing the floors in my new addition! He also demands payment before the job is complete. The guys weren't even on site and he was there to do a "final" walk thru after the first coat. Best to look elsewhere for your flooring needs

He took detailed notes of what we needed and said that his boss would email us in a few days with the cost. The following week, we called...receptionist took our info and said somebody would call us back. The following week...same thing. I've called for months. Each time the receptionist says that he (the manager) will call us.....mums the word..no call or email. They have both our phone numbers and email. I finally found another electrician who could do the work. It's a shame that the young guy who came out and took the notes was so knowledgeable and professional but is working for Barts, a company that could care less about people who need an electrician. He needs to go to work for a better company. We were referred to Barts Electric by a property manager. She has since found another electrician too. She said that they're also not calling her back. It's like Barts has fallen off the face of the earth.
