It was glaringly obvious that the batch had melted and been refrozen several times, completely ruining it. To make matters worse, the prices here are ridiculously expensive. It cost $8 with tax for one tiny little scoop. It is a total ripoff, and you are much better off finding dessert somewhere else on the Strip.

The online ordering process is simple--you upload a photo of the cake design you want, submit your order, and normally someone follows up to confirm the details. This time I didn't receive a callback, so I called a couple of days before my arrival just to make sure my order had been received. They had it in their system, and Lorena was incredibly professional and apologetic for the missed call. She even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated since I hadn't asked for one. When I arrived to pick up my cake at 2:00 p.m., I was absolutely stunned. The mini cake was gorgeous! The design was flawless and matched exactly what I had envisioned. It honestly looked too beautiful to eat--but I definitely will! The quality, attention to detail, and presentation are outstanding. From the customer service to the final product, everything was wonderful. This bakery continues to exceed my expectations, and I'll absolutely keep ordering my custom cakes from here whenever I'm in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!
