Dr Y does a great job at explaining everything that he is doing. Trust your eye care to this wonderful group of people. What impressed me the most was that Dr Y administered all eye tests himself. I've had past experiences with other eye shops that leave basic tests to new employees. What a disaster. This is why I think you should get your eye care at Brinton Family Eye Care.

We did this on a Saturday at Costco, which is a very stupid thing to do. It was a mad house. The Costco lady did the centering of my eyes on the new frames but when I picked them up, the focus was bad. So back I went to Brinton. Another exam and a slight adjustment. Back to Costco and they replaced the lens gratis. However, it still was not working so I went back to Costco and had the ladies check whether my eyes were properly centered and...no, the measurement was off, so Costco replaced the lens again, at no cost. Brinton put me on to that and I am very appreciative that he did, and had taken the time do do all the eye checking to get it right. Very nice operation.

A technician came to do some preliminary testing. I saw Dr Cutin who was very pleasant and though. He answered all my questions.. Since i need new glasses, he took me to the optical shop and Kathryn. She helped me choose the perfect frames for me and ordered the correct lenses. I followed up with Dr Cureton. He took time again to thoroughly explain the results of my exam. I went back to the front desk and checked out. What an awesome medical office. Professional and personable. They treat you like you are their only patient? I won't go anywhere else

Let me echo some of what Sheri H. had to say, because she's right!…read more I have also been wearing glasses since I was eight, and I'm now sixty years old. I moved to Rock Hill almost seven years ago, and started seeing another optometrist. They were okay, but one of the employees in the frames and lenses department was as unhelpful to me as she possibly could be. I've even complained about her a time or two, to no avail. The other employee in that department was as nice, thorough, and caring as you could want, and she had to leave to take care of family. The last couple of times I went for glasses, they were slow to come back, and something was just a twitch off about my prescription. I wasn't even sure there was a problem with it, until I came to Dr Foust! Dr Foust and his group are fantastic. He was super thorough in examining my eyes, and making sure my prescription would be right. It really needs to be, as it is a high index (I'm *very* near-sighted) and a high astigmatism in both eyes. My prescription can be so finickey that I've had to send a pair of glasses back a couple of times in my life to have them remade. Not this time, and not Dr Foust! When Robert McBee was up to bat to deal with my lenses and frames, I asked to use the frames I have, because they're memory metal and I really like them. No problem. Going over the prescription with me, and pointing out a few things that would help my prescription to work well, we ordered my lenses. I was told it would be about two weeks. And, two weeks it was, and I had my new glasses! When I picked them up, Robert told me to wear them to get used to them, and then come back in a few days to see if they need adjusting. Here I am just over a week now, and no adjustment is necessary from my POV! So, Eye Contact Express, Dr Foust and Robert McBee all have my thanks and strong approval! I will be their customer for a very long time!

I called back again this morning and the lady I spoke with was very rude and said we haven't completed it yet I asked when it would be completed since I was told I would receive a call back this morning and she replied "sometime today" and hung up. I called right back and told her to not even worry about it. I thought this would be an awesome place to go being as though they have 5 stars but I guess not I don't even want to be bothered with them!
