We finally get there in person on date B and they said the appraiser is sick and canceled for that day. When we asked why we weren't contacted (and in fact, got a confirmation email the night before). They said we were not on "the list". They proceeded to pull out a hand written piece of paper which is a DIFFERENT list than their kiosk system. We provided BOTH our name and phone number on this piece of paper and were told they would call us to schedule an appraisal appointment for the next month. We did not get called. Instead, we get an email notification saying we had appointment for date C that they never even asked us about. This level of disorganization has been appalling and we are now 4 months into just trying to make ONE simple appointment. We are stressed enough trying to plan our special day and this location has added so much unnecessary stress.
