On a yearly visit, they discovered that I was at a higher risk for glaucoma. They were able to work with my insurance to cover a checkup every six months, instead of yearly. I am so appreciative of the proactive approach they took in taking care of me. I would also like to give a shout out to Crystal, the technician who has administered my tests. She is an absolute joy and makes my appointments much more pleasant! She is truly an asset to their practice!

I find out today it's not even available, on back order, and no set date to arrive. Had someone updated me I could have outsourced to another local pharmacy and possibly even stayed on a consistent schedule with my medication. THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME I AM DUE and I have been so inconsistent with my medications that I am all over the place. They just simply DO NOT CARE. This is an effort issue. Not a systems issue, not an institutional issue, unless you are attributing it to overall lack of systemic operations for supply & demand. This place Id imagine is genuinely screwing things up for people and just have a bunch of accelerated program entitled low IQ individuals. It pains me to say that about people who are supposed to be professionals, as I am aware of the ever-changing landscape that has been presented to us all over the past couple of years. I came back a day later to pick up the prescription. The pharmacist told me that they had no record of a refill request. I gave them the name of the medication. Wjen they checked, she said ok we did get that refill request after all but that my doctor refused to fill it. I asked if they called my cardiologist as I had originally requested. She said no. They called my general practitioner. I returned to the pharmacy to get a different heart medication filled and the pharmacist told me that they had just recently filled that prescription on January 24th. I had indeed received refills on that day but not the one I was currently requesting. They told me I should go home and check. I immediately called my wife who confirmed that I was low on the medication. The pharmacist recommended that i use a different pharmacy! Best advice I have ever gotten from this Osco pharmacy! I recommend that you not use this pharmacy as it could be a matter of life or death for you.

You have confidence that she truly knows what she's doing! The nurse that took me back and took blood, took vitals, etc. was also so kind and inviting. I didn't catch her name, but I was really thankful for her. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The receptionist was extremely kind too! I got in very quickly, even as a first time visitor. Overall it was just an awesome experience! The medicine they put me on had finally allowed me to comfortably eat. And they called back the next day to check in and go over my blood tests. We've recently had a horrible experience at a new doctor and this visit was a welcomed refreshment. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful in processing insurance and pre-surgical forms. Although we waited more than 30 minutes past our appointment to be seen, the office was accommodating and the doctors were helpful. It is extremely important to me that my doctor has an open ear to my concerns and I felt like this office accomplished that - while not pressuring me into their own agenda. Overall, I will need to make one more visit but will be searching for a ped closer to home.
