I ran out of refills so I requested the pharmacy to contact my dr. Within a week, I had to call the pharmacy multiple times on 3/7 days to get this filled. At one point I was told that they only show a record of contacting my dr one time. They have become very unreliable which is frustrating because they are the closest pharmacy to where I live.

Jeanne in the cosmetic area is great, very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I feel like this Walgreens has that family Walgreens feeling to it as Jimmy at the checkout seems to know customers by name. Giving 4 stars because of no drive thru, otherwise I would give 5.

The usual rule for Covid vaccines is "no walk ins". A kind pharmacist named Wafa went out of her way to take him, on the spot; she brought us to the station where they give shots and let us sit while she prepared the vaccine. Since we were walk ins, the booster wasn't ready; Wafa stopped what she was doing and prepared it. She was so kind to my friend who was so grateful to be treated so well! The check out is the same as all drug stores: usually 1cashier and a long line. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I went to pick up photos that I ordered online and I didn't realize I had them printed at the other location on Roosevelt. The employee was nice enough to call the other location to confirm my photos were there, which was so helpful and great customer service. On a separate occasion, I picked up a poster I ordered online. When I noticed a scratch, they immediately printed a new one for me on the spot.

This isn't a review for this particular location but for Walgreens in general…read more As a matter of corporate policy, it seems that the priority is to keep labor costs down at the expense of the customer. Why? Because every single time I shop at Walgreens I can't help but notice how annoying the checkout process is. There just never seems to be enough registers open and the lines aren't clear, which inevitably leads to conflict or friction with other patrons and wasted time. It's an unconscionable policy to ask their employees to keep themselves busy at all times because this necessarily impacts the customer in a negative way. Even when there are no other customers around I still end up wasting MY TIME at the register waiting for an employee to stop stocking/cleaning/organizing or whatever it is they happen to be doing at the moment to come tend to me. So Walgreens, are you asking me to put up with this hassle so you can save a few bucks on a cashier? Get lost. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
