He was extremely attentive, thorough, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand what was bothering me rather than making the appointment feel rushed or routine. He explained everything clearly, was thoughtful in his approach, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes pride in providing individualized care. The front desk staff was equally impressive. They were friendly, welcoming, organized, and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to navigating the insurance requirements. They took the time to explain what was needed, answered my questions, and made the administrative side of the process about as easy and stress-free as possible. I also had a massage with Matt, and he was amazing. He was attentive to the areas that were bothering me and did an incredible job working through the tension and soreness. By the end of the session, he had genuinely eased just about every ache I walked in with. It was one of those massages where you immediately notice the difference afterward. From the moment I walked in, everyone at Apex was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. Dr. Josh, Matt, and the entire front desk team were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Apex Chiropractic to anyone looking for attentive, thorough care in the Long Beach area. Five stars all around.

Just an update. I've been through a lot health-wise over the past few years, and not only did Dr…read more Clements help straighten me out, but he also took the time to show me what I could do at home to further my care. I really appreciated that about him. So many people today seem to be in it for the money, and when a doctor tells you what you can do at home, knowing that it may mean you don't have to come in as often, that says a lot. It doesn't matter to him. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants what's best for them. It never feels like a money grab. Here's part of a letter I recently wrote to him: "Thank you, Dr. Clements! It's so refreshing to work with you because you really do care about us. After getting that roller and using it daily for 10, and now 15 minutes, I'm amazed. At first my back was cracking and popping. Now it's not, but it's getting stretched out better than I can ever remember, at least in recent memory. Most of the sensations I was feeling through my neck, throat, face, etc. have all subsided. Those were super scary too. OMG, my friend. I've had some days where it started coming back. I even had one wave where I went through every single symptom I had experienced, but it happened in about 20 minutes instead of 20 days. That was wild. So my body is still adjusting, but every time I stretch, I just feel that much better. Please remember what I went through and how much you've helped me. I know there will be others dealing with this same thing in the future who will welcome the relief. Just wanted to let you know and say thank you." Dr. Clements is an excellent chiropractor, a caring person, and someone I trust. I'm very grateful for the help he's given me and would gladly recommend him to others.

I've been coming here for years, both for routine adjustments and for injuries, and I can't say…read moreenough good things about Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer. They're both incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really know how to get to the root of what's causing your pain instead of just treating the symptoms. Dr. Kim was the first chiropractor I ever saw, and honestly, he made me a believer. I was dealing with bulging discs that caused constant, intense pain. The medical doctors and physical therapists I saw only recommended pain medication and exercises that actually made things worse. Dr. Kim told me, "Give me six visits," and sure enough, after six visits, I was pain-free. It honestly felt like a miracle. He's currently helping me recover from a rotator cuff injury, and every time I leave the office, I feel noticeably better. A few years ago, when Dr. Kim was out recovering from an illness, Dr. Palzer took over my care. I ended up staying with him for quite a while for my regular adjustments because he was just as caring, skilled, and thorough. I've recommended him to several friends over the years, and they've all had great experiences too. The whole office has always been friendly and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. If you're looking for chiropractors who genuinely care about their patients and know what they're doing, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer.
