Just want to give information on a trip I took recently with Jett Tours so you can make your own determination on whether you want to travel with them. The picture provided is the original itinerary I paid for and the second itinerary is what was given to us once we arrived in Seattle. The reason I signed up for the trip was because I was going to go to the space needle and pike place market in Seattle, Mt. Rainier National Park, Columbia River Gorge waterfall tour, stop in Cresent City for seafood, visit the Redwood forest, do a wine country tour in Santa Rosa, and spend the day in San Francisco. As shown in the original itinerary. The itinerary we got was not what we paid for. We left the airport and went to the space needle for a 10 minute photo take outside the space needle. We didn't even see Pike Place Market. We went to Denny's for lunch. We left Seattle and drove 35 miles east to Fall City to Snoqualmie Falls. Stopped for approximately 30 minutes. Then drove to Chehalis which took 2 hours and was checked in by 4:00. Absolutely nothing to do or see around there and very limited on places to eat. Day 2 we headed out to Mt. Rainier leaving at 9 am we got there around 11:00. Went to visitors center for lunch. No sit down dining. All grab and go and with outrageous prices for food like $7.00 for an egg salad sandwich so spent $11 on junk food for lunch. Drove back to the hotel which was a 2 hour trip. Back at the hotel by 4 pm. Ate dinner at the only restaurant that was nearby. Day 3 drove from Chehalis to Crater Lake a 6 1/2 hour drive stopping at DQ for lunch on the way. Spent maybe 30-45 minutes there then drove from Crater Lake to Grants Pass for another 2 hours. Ate dinner at a nearby Applebee's. Day 4 we've started our drive from Grants Pass to Santa Rosa a 7 hour trip. Stopped twice in the Redwood forest for 20 minutes each stop. Arrived at the most outer edge of Santa Rosa around 6pm with only McDonald's and Panera Bread to eat at and absolutely nothing else around to see or do. Day 5 we left the hotel at 9 am to drive 1 and 1/2 hours to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge each way and then return to the hotel only to get there to not be able to park the bus due to rally going on. So we were able to spend 2 hours at Fisherman's Wharf which lunch took up an hour of that. Back on the bus at 2 pm and and later back at the hotel in Santa Rosa at 4 pm. Then we got to get up at 2am to make the hour and half ride BACK to the San Francisco airport to fly out at 6 am. read more

Jett tours is the worst liars ever. We were scheduled to go to New York in December. None of us had the vaccine so we called to see what our options were. We were told we would get a refund. After the trip we called to check on our refund. They told us to call back and we would get our refund around April that we were not the only ones who couldn't go. Today we called and they are refusing to give our money back. They accused us of lying and hung up on us twice. When we mentioned they didn't even make all the stops that was planned on the trip, the lady from Jett tours said they couldn't help that COVID cut off part of the trip. We can't help what COVID caused either. They wouldn't even let Rodney finish his sentence. They kept talking over top of him telling us we can put the money towards another trip. Right now we can barely have money for a trip to Wal-Mart. read more

Raise your hand if you are tired of people TAKING your money I am so tired of companies still using Covid as an excuse for poor business practices. In Dec of 2019 I put down a $300 deposit with JETT TOURS for a trip to New York for December 2020. I was told I could get a refund if I canceled 30 days before the trip. I wanted reassurance before scheduling a trip a whole year in advance. Well, we all know what NYC looked like in Dec 2020. I called to cancel and they said they would not refund. I didn't think it was worth a fight, and was trying to be understanding since knew they had struggled. I was told could put the $$ toward another trip. OK. That works. Didn't want to commit to an expensive trip so found a cheap day trip to the ARK. She put me down to transfer. The weekend the trip was scheduled in September rolled around and I hadn't heard back. I finally found out trip was canceled but No one had called me. I was very aggravated and thought well this is enough. I want my $$ back. So I preceded to call. She has put me off since September. Avoided calls and never responded to messages. FINALLY got back in touch with her today. Wow. 6 months of trying. She is back to saying I will send you a schedule but no refunds. I NEVER make any type of negative post but in this case I have to make an exception. My sister in law and I had been wanting to do a girls weekend for a while and she has always wanted to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Plaza, so we decided to take a NYC bus trip with Jett Tours. We booked their Dec 2-4 trip. Needless to say, it was chaotic from the start. On the morning we were supposed to meet the bus, I looked at the information paper that they sent and the meeting place for Lexington just said exit 115. I thought that maybe when we got off exit 115 we would see the bus parked somewhere in sight. Nope.. Got off exit 115, didn't see the bus and had no clue which way to turn. So we called the phone number of the bus guide and he told us he thought we were supposed to meet the bus at the Griffin Gate Hotel. We was headed in the opposite direction so we turned around and headed that way. Then he calls back 3 mins later and says no, you meet the bus at Cracker Barrel. Again, we turned around and headed toward Cracker Barrel. We pulled into the parking lot and sat there for a while and finally see a bus pull in the parking lot behind a hotel and realize that it is our bus. So we leave the Cracker Barrel parking lot and drive over to that one. Thus begins a horrible bus ride to NYC. This bus had a multitude of problems. The phone chargers that on the seats didn't work. The Wi-Fi only worked part of the time. The AC only worked part of the time as well. The driver of the bus seemed like she didn't know where she was going. She went to 3 different pickup areas in Stanton before she went to the correct pickup spot. One of those small roads she turned on forced her to turn the bus around in the middle of a main street intersection. The bus seats were hard and very uncomfortable. There was also very little interaction between the bus guide and people that paid for the tour. He did one game on the entire 15.5 hr drive that day. Other than that he sat in the front seat doing his own thing and also passed the time sleeping. The bus did have 4 small tv screens but they only showed 2 movies. There was literally nothing to do but look out the window during that VERY long drive. We couldn't watch our phones or iPads bc we couldn't charge them due to the chargers not working. Trista and I was about 6 hours into the trip and we were booking a flight home. There was no way we were going to ride the bus home. Also, their itinerary definitely needs to be improved. As previously stated, it didn't tell us where to meet at the Lexington pickup. It just stated exit 115. It doesn't state the hotel you will be staying at or even what city. Upon asking, why doesn't their itinerary state where to meet in Lexington I was told, "That's why we include a phone number. You can always call and ask." So, I guess they want everyone to call and ask them exactly where to meet rather than making it easier on their customers. After asking this simple question, I was removed from the Facebook @JettTours group and the post was taken down. We had a fantastic time in NYC (even after the 3 hr bus ride the next morning to get into NYC). I will say that Trista and I spent the day in NYC by ourself. We did not do any of the tours that they had. That was probably why we had such a wonderful time. The next morning, we caught an early flight home and was home by 10am. I guess I expected better from a tour company; interaction with their customers and DEFINITELY a better bus for such a long trip. Also, if a company cannot take constrictive criticism for a legitimate complaint then why would anyone want to travel with them? I would think that a company would want to continue to improve their services to keep their customers happy. After being removed from the Jett Tours group after such a simple statement, it shows me their complete unprofessionalism and that they really don't care what their customers want. After looking around more online, I found other reviews from people that had experiences similar to ours so we aren't the only ones. So if any of you want to do a bus tour, I would recommend another tour company. If you do take Jett Tours hopefully you will have a better experience than Trista and I did. read more

My family took the Christmas in New York tour. It was a fun trip and the traveling was ok. The hotel was not what I expected. The hotel had shut down the air for the season and the rooms were really warm. Some in our group had rooms that were hot. We were put in a section of the hotel that had not been renovated so the hotel was just ok. They had six buses and it appeared they booked more people than they could handle well. We booked the extra tour with Robin Brooks. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of $400. If they had done what the tour had said they would do it would have been really good. The rep with Jett tours that was in charge of our bus decided it was ok to change the tour because her and some of the older ladies did not want to walk a lot. So we spent a lot of time riding around and at the Grand Central Terminal. We did not get to see the Statue of Liberty up close but saw her from the shoreline. If you sign up for this extra tour make sure of the expectation of where they will take you before giving them money. The hop on hop off bus would have been better for us than this tour. When I contacted them on this. The response was sorry I didn't know. I was and quite frankly still am disgusted and mad with this portion of the trip. Our group made up about 75% of tour bus but because the rep decided it was ok to give a crappy version of the tour promised, we missed out on important places. Just came back from New England In the Fall trip. Our itinerary and the owner stated we would stay at the famous Gettysberg Innn, NEVER HAPPENED! We stayed in a Days Inn. Promised a farm tour @Amish Farm, NEVER HAPPENED! Plymouth Rock we were given 30 minutes to see everything @ Plymouth Rock. At Boston we were to have a 4 hour guided tour, NEVER HAPPENED. We were let off on a corner and told to be back in 4 hours. In Maine @ Nubble Lighthouse, no tour, told we had a couple hours. After leaving Maine we stopped, for overnight, in a motel that was so ghetto that all of us on 3rd floor walked out of hotel with our luggage! You can not imagine the dump...it was so bad that 1 room had mouse traps with crackers on them. Beds were stained, dirty, with hair in them, etc. We eventually got moved to a Holiday Inn abt 2-3am. Took. The Bahama Cruise in Nov 2017. No problems. At all. I did nothing except ride the bus. My boarding pass ,Luggage tag was ready for me. Everything was explained about Embarking the ship. And disembarking when we return back to Charleston. Felt very comfortable plan to travel with Jett Tours again. read more

Jett tours did our senior trip to Washington when I was younger. We had a blast and they were very accommodating and planned our visit well so that we could hit all the historical sites and scenes of Washington and surrounding areas. This year my 13 year old daughter went on the New York trip. She absolutely loved it. She said that Lil was great and so sweet to her. She was nervous about going because she knew only her grandmother and aunt on the bus but she said that everyone was nice and polite. I would really discourage anyone from taking Jett Tours after this past experience. It's great what they are doing for the area with these trips but my situation was poorly handled. We went with them to NYC last year and loved it, so I decided to go back this year. My kindle went missing after one of our rest stops and when I reported it to the lady in charge of the bus she basically told me to just look for it then later on she asked everyone to look for it while the bus was moving and no one could look good. When I told her I wanted to contact the police to report it stolen, since the bus drive told me that I should, she strongly discouraged it. I called the lady over the company and basically all she told me was sorry and discouraged me getting the police involved. She told me several people have had iPads go missing on the trip but they just misplaced them. She kept suggesting this is what I done when I know I didn't. When I got off the bus, the lady over the trip didn't even assure me they would contact me if they found it and the lady over the company hasn't called to check and see if I found it. It's like they basically want to brush it under the rug that my property was picked up. I've never owned a business but I do have a business degree and I am pretty sure that's not the proper way to handle your customers. REALLY disappointed and I will make sure to write a review about my experience anywhere I can. If you take Jett Tours make sure to WATCH your stuff because you're out of luck if it goes missing. My group had a poor experience with this Tour Company. It took us one day to get near Paducah in April 2016. We left Lexington early in the morning then picked up various people all over Eastern Ky. Did not get to do or see as much as expected at the Quilt Show in Paducah since we did not get their till the next day. Spent the first day riding around Ky! Never again! Our group went on the Paducah Quilt Show tour and we were extremely disappointed. We signed up and made our checks out to a lady who we had been told was organizing a bus to the show. Supposedly she had already filled up one bus and was adding another bus for the trip. We were to be on the second bus and were told we would be going straight to the Convention Center after we loaded the bus on Thursday morning. We were picked up at 8:15 am in Lexington, after a group had already been picked up in Cynthiana, under the assumption that we were going straight to the convention center in Paducah. Instead we were taken to Winchester (picked up one person, a friend of the owner of Jett's Tours whom we had never heard of), Campton (picked up one or two people, again, friends of the owner), Jackson (picked up the owner of Jett's Tours and two more of her friends), Hazard (picked up one person who turned out to be the bus driver's girlfriend) and then to London (picked up several ladies who were quilters). Nine hours after boarding the bus we were in Hopkinsville, an hour from Paducah, where we spent the night. We never even got to Paducah the first day. We were told by the owner of Jett's Tours that they were "being nice" to pick us up in Lexington and Cynthiana and London. After our trip one of our group was told by Miller Transport, which supplied the bus, that Jett's Tours always makes a lot of pick-ups. The second day we only got part of one day at the quilt show and as any quilter knows that is not enough time. We never had any time to get to any of the other vendors or quilt displays located all over Paducah. As a quilter this was totally unacceptable. They had quite a few people on the tour bus who were not quilters and just seemed to be friends of the owner and just go on her trips. All of the time we (the quilters) could have had in Paducah on Thursday was wasted picking up the owner's friends and the bus driver's girlfriend. As far as I am concerned, when you are on a bus tour, the tour guide or, in this case, the owner of the tour company should be the first person on the bus to greet the travelers as they board and answer any questions they may have. That is the way it has been on any bus tour that I have ever taken. All of the quilters were from the Cynthiana, Lexington and London pick-ups. The others should all have driven to one of those pick-ups and we would have arrived in Paducah and been able to have at least four to five hours of the first day to spend at some of the venues. This would have also given us (the quilters) some time on Friday to experience the Paducah Quilt Show as we would not have had to drive all over Eastern Kentucky dropping off the owner, her friends and the bus driver's girlfriend which took at least four to four and a half hours extra time. No intinerary was ever given to us even though we had all given our names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses to the lady who collected our money for the tour. We wrote our checks to her and found out after boarding the bus and when we arrived at Jackson, KY that she was not in charge of this tour and it was actually through Jett;s Tours. So our Paducah Quilt Show tour consisted of one day on a bus for 9 hours to end up in Hopkinsville to spend the night, part of the next day at the Paducah Quilt show followed by dinner at Patti's, which was not the full Patti's experience as we were limited to a very small typed up menu plus half of a dessert which did not include any of their famous meringue pies, and then back to Hopkinsville for the night. The third day was up early to get on the bus again for an 8 hour and 45 minute trip back to Lexington via London, Hazard, Jackson, Campton and Winchester. As I said before, Never Again. I vehemently do not recommend Jett's Tours as the owner told us "none of this was my fault". read more

Jett Tours is by far the best way to travel! They have a very courteous staff that have their travelers best interest at heart! I first traveled with them back in 2011. My children were small and both staff and bus drivers were so willing to help get my little ones on and off the bus. They do everything in their power to make sure you have a nice comfortable traveling experience. Mrs. Lillian Trent is by far one of the finest ladies around. She knows how to conduct business and cares about her clients. She will do whatever possible to make sure you enjoy your trip! I would highly recommend Jett Tours! Best people around! Only way I would want to travel if going somewhere far away. I felt very safe with them and enjoyed my vacation so much! Keep up the good work Jett Tours! read more
