I arrived at 5:45 pm to find the location closed although the hours were clearly posted online and on the locked door as being 9am to 7am. I called the number on the door and spoke to someone who apologized and informed me there had been some recent changes and that this location closed at approximately 5:30pm most days. He went on to tell me that someone would be in tomorrow around 11:30 or 12:00. So the hours posted are 9 to 7 but are actually whenever they decide to open until whenever they decide to close.

Worse company ever! My mother in law passed away in Feb 2025 and they have given me the run around…read morefor months. She always paid her bills on time for years. They just want her money. So, we've been back and forth with RMV, AAA and now Travelers. Tried to get a supervisor numerous times, finally today 7/24 we think maybe we'll get the refund. No not from the day she passed NOOOO!!! We get it from May the date it was reregistered because we couldn't get through to the RMV Why maybe because they thought she was gonna drive it in her grave. Totally disgraceful companies! Scammers that's all they are. MASSACHUSETTS IS THE WORST STATE EVER!

It didn't look as though my paperwork was going to cut it but Kathy made a magic phone call to someone and made it happen. I was frustrated and I know it showed on my face but all of the employees somehow kept me calm and were super professional. I know dealing with the public is in no way easy , so thank you for being great! Just a side note, even if my paperwork wasn't excepted and the outcome wasn't favorable for me , I understand it was in no way the employees fault, they did everything they could to try and make it happen.

We were really excited when we met with the owner Bill Bearce for multiple policies for our…read morecompany. The service at first was A+ but once we signed all the contracts that quickly changed. Simple items that should have been turned around within 24-48 hours turned into days and multiple follow ups. The staff is very disjointed and it appeared as if they do not communicate- which took multiple cycles on our end. The real kicker was when our building had an issue and we were advised by Mr. Bearce himself on how to handle- when the claim was submitted it was denied. Once denied, he refused to return calls or emails as if we were not his clients when that was really when we needed Bearce Insurance. His fear of malpractice led to him ignoring the situation and providing us no support. Fortunately, after making a switch to another company they figured out how to help us properly handle the claim in order to get it approved but all it took was some basic human interaction and communication skills. It has almost been a year since we left his company and they still are sending us renewal emails-- steer clear of this company. There are plenty of other insurance companies in the area who live up to what they promise.
