Went to my local AAA to renew my drivers license/Real ID today. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Took only 30 minutes from the time I walked through the doors at 4:20pm. Beats the RMV any day!! My only words of wisdom for Real ID patrons. Be sure to go on the RMV website and complete the application there and make sure you have all the proper documentation. read more

I don't know if someone had pissed in this woman's cornflakes, but the woman working in the front desk not Liz, had a horrible attitude and was rude and condescending. I hadn't even been talking to her for 30 seconds and she had already cut me off and been incredibly curt and rude when I just asked simple questions. As a member AAA, I just think the people that are behind the desk should be a little bit more patient and friendly, especially if they're in a customer facing. read more

Worse company ever! My mother in law passed away in Feb 2025 and they have given me the run around for months. She always paid her bills on time for years. They just want her money. So, we've been back and forth with RMV, AAA and now Travelers. Tried to get a supervisor numerous times, finally today 7/24 we think maybe we'll get the refund. No not from the day she passed NOOOO!!! We get it from May the date it was reregistered because we couldn't get through to the RMV Why maybe because they thought she was gonna drive it in her grave. Totally disgraceful companies! Scammers that's all they are. MASSACHUSETTS IS THE WORST STATE EVER! read more

Went to get my Real ID. My paperwork was a little hard to understand but nice gentleman at desk asked for help and an equally as nice woman tried to help as well. It didn't look as though my paperwork was going to cut it but Kathy made a magic phone call to someone and made it happen. I was frustrated and I know it showed on my face but all of the employees somehow kept me calm and were super professional. I know dealing with the public is in no way easy , so thank you for being great! Just a side note, even if my paperwork wasn't excepted and the outcome wasn't favorable for me , I understand it was in no way the employees fault, they did everything they could to try and make it happen. read more

I have been a AAA member since 1996, the one time I called them this year to put air in my tire and they turned me down because it's for my motorcycle not my car. I am the member not my vehicle. Air is air and they failed to help. I'm cancelling my membership. Paula McCallum read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We had a scheduled appt. Got there early, wound up sitting there for an hour because the agent we were scheduled to meet with was busy. 30 mins in we asked if we could meet with another agent on the "travel" side of the facility who was just sitting at their desk. The woman at counter said she would check but never did. 30 mins later we left. I will never go back. That is ridiculous service, why make appointments if you can't reasonably keep them? I understand if the agent is busy and needs an extra 15 or 20 mins... But an hour? Looks like I will be going to another branch from now on. read more

Amazing customer service! Would give 10 stars if I could! The RMV has been giving me such a hard time & has turned me away for my Real ID & I couldn't renew online either. All because of a discrepancy on my birth certificate that has been legally corrected since I was months old in 1984! I will never go to another RMV again as long as I live near this AAA office. From start to finish the process to obtain my Real ID was amazing. I was greeted and helped by a lovely employee who told me I had enough documentation to keep my current last name and she didn't know why the RMV was giving me such a hard time. I think I waited less than 1/2 hr when I was called to process my application & obtain my new license. Again, I was treated with such respect and everyone apologized for the hassle I went through with the RMV. The employee processing RMV transactions even helped me white out & fix a few things on my application when she could just have had my sit and complete a new form, amazing! I even went to court to obtain documentation with my current last name! That's how awful the RMV was! The service at this branch alone is worth the cost of a AAA membership. I have my car insurance policy through AAA as well, I've gotten great rates on car loans, & always obtain theme park tickets at this branch before I travel, but I had never used their RMV services & I can't speak highly enough of this branch and their staff. They even gave my little one bubbles to help her separation anxiety while I took my new driver's license picture & did my eye test. Who does that? Keep up the good work! The RMV & their incompetent employees get 0 starts from me while this AAA office gets 20 stars, lol. read more

The Raynham office could care less about customer service. We tried calling with a question on our license renewal and after an hour on hold we gave up and just went there. Strangely we found ourselves walking into a near empty office. There was one person getting a renewal, one ahead of us, and one other person getting helped on something else. Intrigued why they could not answer a phone I tried calling again, once again I got the blurb about how they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes (but was staring at them milling around so thats bull) then was in the queue. The whole time we were there our call was in the queue and we were staring at people sitting around enjoying a slow day, enjoying casual small talk, but not answering their phones. We watched one person place a call so we know they do have a working phone service there. Also while we were there another person walked in and was told they were not taking any more people that day. They said they had tried calling to ask about that before coming and waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up and just coming in to see. The woman told him very pleasantly that they had been crazy busy all day and she was sorry. Except that was a bald faced lie. I had been sitting there observing the entire time and they were never busy. I actually choked back the temptation to stand up and show the call I still had active waiting for them to answer, cell phones show the duration timer too. (Too zingy, two wrongs don't make a right) That customer went home empty handed to try again another day. But this organization, aside from the road service/towing coverage which is useful as heck, adds no other value. If they worked even half as hard at servicing their existing customers as they do at trying to get me to buy more stuff through them it would be a major improvement. After my wife was done getting license renewed we got back in the car and left the call still going part way home until we knew it was after five and that someone too lazy to pick the phone during hours was certainly not going to be bothered to do it after closing time. read more

I'm sitting in the parking lot, in front of this location. I've been a AAA member for years. I just went to change my car insurance over to AAA, at this location. The woman at the front desk, took my AAA membership and logged me in for a agent. This was at 1:25pm. It's also a snow/ rain storm, so it isn't the best conditions to do business. The location was quiet. I was 1 of only 2 customers, probably due to the bad weather. Then the woman at the desk told me, I had to wait at least a half hour! That they only have one. Yes, only one car insurance agent. That the agent usually has lunch at 1:30pm, but they haven't left yet. I asked, politely "if I could just get a quote printed quickly, since it usually takes about 15 minutes and it's inclement weather?" Plus, they have my membership information right there for access. The woman at the front desk, looked at another co worker. Then proceeded to rudely tell me, "you would have to come back after lunch, because their (one) agent wants to go." Then I saw a woman (I'm assuming the agent, definite employee) from the back. Walk up front, not make eye contact with me, and strolled out of the building. I then, just stated "that's fine, if they can't wait 15 minutes. I'll go to a different insurance agency with my policy." Obviously, not wanting to due business here after that treatment. I got to my car, and looked at my clock. It was only 1:34pm. Technically 4 minutes past, the agents lunch time. Again, I was there technically 5 minutes before lunch. I've been a paying member for years. Lastly, I'm a customer who doesn't know the employees lunch schedules. That's a oblivious given. Get more than one agent, if you're understaffed. Get employees who are not rude to paying customers and you wouldn't lose them! I started typing this review, immediately. I will copy and paste on other review apps, also. I don't want someone else, dealing with this rude location. If it, could be avoided. It was unacceptable. With that, it's now just past 2pm and I'm still in the parking lot typing this. Hope the agents lunch was worth losing a yearly car insurance policy! I'm half debating, even canceling my AAA membership due to this rude encounter by employees. Place is a joke. Went in for a license renewal at 12pm. 5 people ahead of me. 1pm rolls around, 1 person has been called up to the registry desk. Manager comes over and lets us know the woman running the registry desk will be taking a lunch break and we should expect her to get back to work in half an hour. I checked the online MA RMV wait list for the Taunton RMV and it said no wait. read more

The service was good when I finally got to talk to an agent. The problem is that I just had a quick question but had to wait over a half an hour to ask an agent a simple question which was resolved in less than a minute. There needs to be a better system there or more reps who can answer simple questions without having to wait so long. read more

We requested a trip til and received it in plenty of time for the trip. However it did not include reverse directions. That made the return more difficult. read more
