Right from the start there was extreme moisture problems and soon to find out extensive mold. He steered me to a couple of contractors which has helped the home, but has already costed us 45,000 with no end in sight. John seems like a nice guy but it seems to me he tells you what you want to hear. Yes the home inspector and previous home owners do take a lot of the blame, but i feel like you can't have a blind eye during this process if you are a real estate agent. Now i have to take legal action and you would think he would stay contacted with you to try make it right aka help in finding a lawyer or just a phone call to check how things are going. NOPE!!!!! To say this has ruined our lives would be the understatement of the year.

She called our landlord and somehow convinced him to let us stay longer and delay the other person moving in (magic?).
