My family and I have used Shearman Oil since about 1970, when Scott's father owned it. In the past 47 years we have NEVER had a problem. I remember my mom telling me she called at 3am once when I was a kid and Mr Shearman was there 20 minutes later. Now that's awesome customer service. and that awesome customer service hasn't changed, If you call during business hours the receptionist is great, always friendly and helpful and your oil is delivered within a day or two at most, we've never run out, but I know if we did, they'd be there ASAP. The delivery drivers and repairmen are always prompt and courteous, repair and oil prices are both fair and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the only company I'd recommend.
