I googled this place and found it online and after researching decided to visit here on Memorial Day weekend! They had two options even during the busy holiday weekend; a brand-new pontoon boat or a jet ski. My girlfriend and I chose the pontoon boat and decided to invite her brother. Before arriving I completed a boat readiness test which was very easy but was a requirement to rent the boat. When we pulled up to the marina I was surprised to see that it was everything I was hoping for! There was a ramp down to the rental spot and it got me in the mood for the adventure that was about to transpire. Everything was clean and all the staff was dressed in matching uniforms and they explained everything in detail that left me with no confusion. The boat was brand new and have a great stereo on it! We chose to rent the pontoon boat for four hours and drove all the way out to Sunset Cove where there were many boats and lots of partying going on! We cruised around throughout the boats and felt fancy for a bit lol. After returning there was a really cool tiki hut bar and outdoor restaurant! Total cost for the boat rental was $266 which we split three ways for four hours. We had to fill up the gas tank which was only about $22. Highly, highly, highly recommend you go here and you'll probably see me out there every single weekend!

We have rented both a pontoon boat and one with a slide and all of their boats are kept up to standard and are clean. The person who drives the boat is required to take a test and know boat safety before getting in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from 11 am to 5 pm and was $550 plus gas consumption. They do get really busy and packed, so parking could be an issue. The walk from parking to where you check in is quite hilly, so keep this in mind when bringing children/elders. There's even a place where you can inflate your floaties to enjoy the lake better!

Pro Tips: 1. Reserve a time for a weekday to save some…read moredollars. 2. Upgrade to the destination yacht with the bar instead of the enclosed room. 3. Ask for a USB converter if needed to charge your phone on board the boat. 4. If gas money is a concern, just take your party boat to the nearest cove and anchor in. Be aware that they will require a $500 deposit on site that you will be refunded later if all goes well. Bring your ID. 7. BYO trash bag, Lysol or baby wipes, and paper towels. 8. Its been over 6 months and my boat is still not working correctly. They continue to say they are looking into the issues and still not once did they confirm that they are actually fixing the issues. From the lack of knowledge to boat maintenance and service, horrible communication skills and non existence responsiveness to the customers. This place is the absolute worst nightmare. They will lie to your face and tell you its being worked on this week... and then when you call back, (because they wont call me and give me any updates, it takes me calling them on the daily), they continue to say that its still not in the schedule yet for the repairs. Once you finally do talk to someone, they say that the boat is functional and we can take it when we want and bring it back when we are done to get it back into the shop for repairs (which will never happen, hence the 6 months they have had my boat. But then, after talking to the service techs... they tell me that there's electrical issues and safety issues that make the boat functionable BUT NOT reliable or safe. WORST SERVICE SHOP EVER!! Do not take your boat there if you value your money or possessions.
