WOW OH WOW! We had a late lunch so then we had the munchies for pizza & had Jet's delivered. I haven't had Jet's Pizza in over 16 years. I was telling my friend I kept seeing the 8 corner slices turbo crust all over social media & he had it delivered an hour later. This pizza was the best deep dish pizza I've ever had Detroit style. It was very crispy throughout super greasy and super oily just how I like pepperoni pizza. This type pizza is more adult type pizza, meaning the pizza here is one of the crispier crunchy side of pizzas where it could kind of scratched the top roof inside my mouth. It's too crispy throughout. I honestly would never get Jet's Pizza again just because it is just way too crispy and I like my pizzas a little softer when the crust is that thick. I am not into a thick all crispy crust. It feels like it's having a war in my mouth when I'm trying to chew it lol. Detroit style is like this at all the other pizza places. Not my jam. I'd rather have Pizza Hut pizza pan style, or Little Caesar's which the crust is on the softer side than this type of Detroit style. However, it is pretty good. Now, you can laugh at me if you want but my idea of the best pizza ever is Pizza Hut and Jet's is even better if that's possible. When I'm in the area you can bet I'm going to have some. Usually, the way for us to go is a large veggie and we can usually get 3 meals out of that. Pizza is meant to be eaten one slice at a time, not for a gorge fest resulting in bloating and fullness. Have you ever heard of a comfort food that leaves you feeling slightly unsatisfied and a little hungry? Of course not! When it came out, I ask if I could have some salt and pepper. I was planning on eating in the car, the guy told me they didn't have salt and pepper? I've never heard of a pizza place that doesn't have salt and pepper? Even if you just let me use the salt and pepper, you have in the back real quick! The pizza was $20, i was not impressed. I ordered the 2-4 and got the 4 corner and anti-pasta salad, and so I pick up my order at the counter by a kid working by himself (he looked at best 17-18 years old) and go on my way and as I get in my car I started thinking I bet this kid put a lot of love into my order :-D Get home start chowing down on some pizza (it was just meh) and after I ate 2 pieces I wanted a little antipasta and when I looked it was a chef salad instead :-( a lot of lettuce and a little meat and cheese (unless this is there version of atps) just a basic salad; I don't think i'll be ordering from them again. read more

Ordered Jett's Pizza for the 1st time and it will certainly be my last. We ordered hot wings and a large NY style pizza. There were only 8 tiny wings and it was $1 for a small cup of blue cheese. The wings were not good. The pizza was only 6 slices and it was $16.49. It tasted like a frozen pizza you would pickup at a supermarket and reheat in your oven. Tasted so bland and flavorless with little cheese. There are much better options out there that are way better for less money too. I mean I don't care for Hungry Howies either but it would have been half this price and I would have 8 slices. Referred to this place by a local so decided to try it. We chose not to go for the square pizza but the traditional round. We ordered 12 pizzas to be ordered for a large party. We scheduled this order ahead, giving the team enough time to prepare for a large order. The company uses a third party deliver service, which is fine but leaves in the hands of someone else, which i never love. The pizza arrived at best, warm and all but 2 pizzas were burnt. Not edible, burnt. I am extremely disappointed as this was the main course for the large party and I spent almost $300 for lousy pizza. In order for this local spot to have a return customer, i really wish they wouldve put more effort into my large delivery. read more

We loved Jets when we lived in Knoxville, TN so was very happy when we found one down here in FL. But I gotta say, wasn't near as good as it was up in TN. My pizza came more burned than anything & didn't have much flavor but burnt tasting. The pizza my husband got was mediocre at best. Hardly any sauce in either pizza. Shame it isn't the same! I have been eating thin crust pizza for years, trying to save on carbs. I ordered for delivery a 4 corner pizza from Jets at Bay Pines FL and OMG I'll never go back to thin crust again. The edges and bottom were crispy and the cheese and toppings were abundant and fresh. One piece was more than enough for an evening meal. I pre-ordered a pizza at 2pm to be delivered at 7pm. I called the location at 7:15pm to find out where my pizza is and the first guy said "it's still in the oven and we don't have a driver for it". Then he put me on hold and put a "manager" on the phone who said "it's raining and we don't have a driver right now" and then went on to say "I called a DoorDash to have it delivered" and then went on to say "I have no idea what time it will be delivered". At that point I told him to forget it and just refund my money. The pizza ended up getting delivered at 8pm...after I already ordered from another restaurant and was getting ready for bed. So I ended up with a cold/wet pizza, they still went ahead and charged me for the pizza, delivery, and tip, and I had already eaten. I understand that sometimes places can't get the help they need to run their business, but at the very least call the customer and tell them. Terrible, terrible customer service. read more

This is a great pizza place!! Consistently good pizza! Love the deep dish! We recently had a few people over, all with different dietary restrictions. I called them and a very nice young man helped me figure out what we could order for dairy free, keto diets. When the pizza came it was all delicious! It was difficult to tell what I was ordering because they don't give pizza descriptions in size by inches but instead by slices. The large ( only size available) NY style is actually only 14" but is described as 6 foldable slices. This pizza was just south of $18 and would only feed two men or teenage boys.
