Good variety of pizzas that are usually the kids favorite. They also have garlic and cheesy breads. And variety of crust styles from thin to pan. Service is usually fast and friendly. And unlike most locations this one has an adjoining unit with plenty of dining space. Food 5 Ambiance 4 Service 4 Location 4 Value 4 25/2016 read more

Good pepperoni flavor in this Ultimate Pepperoni pizza. When I picked up the pizza at Jet's, the box was quite heavy. The crust on the pizza was perfectly cooked, slight crunch on the outside and well cooked on the inside, not doughy. However my pizza did not have as much pepperoni throughout the pizza as pictured in the weekly flyer, which was a little disappointing but still tasted good. I'm sure it would have tasted better with more pepperoni as advertised. Pizza was ready quick, on time with friendly customer service upon pickup. read more

They send "free pizza" coupons for being new to the neighborhood just to change the terms when you show up at the register. Was told 8 corner is a special item not included in their "free large with one topping offer". Then maybe write it in the fine print you already include? read more

Horrible staff. The first time I ordered pizza they got my order wrong and I had to wait in store for them to remake it. The second time I picked up my pizza, it was smushed and folded in half. when I got home I called the store to let them know and they denied that it left their store in that condition. Manager refused to refund my money or give me another pizza. read more

Great pizza and service! Whenever I use delivery they are prompt. Always my go to pizza place!

Ordered a large pizza for delivery around 5:20 p.m. tipped the driver $10 on the bill and didn't receive our order until 1 hour and 16 minutes later when the location was 7 minutes away. By the time our pizza arrived, it was cold and stale. Not sure why it would take an hour when delivery could've been done in less than 20 minutes . read more

This is the second time I've ordered the honey barbecue boneless wings and they've come with barely any sauce on them. I don't understand why this happens? Laziness? I don't know, but for jets prices, it shouldn't. read more

You can't order from the APP consistently. Call the place and no one answers. You're FORCED TO ORDER thru Yelp or grub. NOT OK. PAID 30 bucks MORE THAN the app. Hate them now. read more

I've been ordering Jets for years but since the pandemic, the pizza has gone downhill. First, I ordered a medium square pizza which always had 6 pieces but was delivered a 4 corner pizza at the same price as a medium. I was not made aware when I ordered that the medium was gone. the best pieces are the middle! now I have to order a LARGE for 1 person if I want middle pieces?! I also noticed the ingredients have negatively changed: the dough has a strange 'too puffy' texture, the sauce is more 'tomato-ey' and it' was EXTREMELY and abnormally and greasy, unlike the good kind of greasy a pizza usually is. The next day cold pizza was SO dry and the dough seemed so hard that I couldn't even eat it ( wrapped it well like alway) so I to throw away the remaining pieces of a LARGE pizza that cost me $25 for 1 person. I never thought I would have to eliminate Jet's pizza from places I used to rely on. read more

Good pizza and prompt service. Especially the Detroit style pizza is good. Everyone loves the pizza including kids.

Traveling with husband on a business trip. Two weeks of eating an evening meal, whenever he could get back to the hotel, can get a little tiresome. We like to try local favorites and regional cuisines, so we inquired about a good place to order Detroit Style Pizza. So one evening when hubs was getting in later, and was exhausted, we decided to give the recommendation of Jet's Pizza a go. It was hot fresh and tasty. Which was good for a couple of meals. Nothing real oooooh ahhhh or especially outstanding, but just good pizza. We would recommend it, and would try it again. Only issue we had, was finding one that would deliver to our hotel in Shelby Township. We found it strange that the one/s nearest to the hotel, did not deliver there. read more

Choose to try something different... It's been quite awhile since I ordered Jets...I know wish I wouldn't have I choose to try the New York style pizza, which states automatically comes with spicy pepperoni. I make it my own by adding lots of toppings, which of course drive the price up significantly. I also order a small square pizza that is much more simple. Order arrived in a timely matter and the driver was very pleasant. BUT!!! My order is not correct The New York style bold fold had NO pepperoni which is supposed to be included. There are no onions which I paid almost two dollars for and there is such a little amount of mushrooms it is unreal. The small pizza was fine, and the service was good so I will give two stars but I will not be a return customer. If you expect customers to pay over 35$ for two pizzas you should have the professionalism to make sure it is made and delivered to the specifications of the order. read more

This place was packed and busy on Saturday evening. Must be a good sign they kicking out good pizza and the like. This was our 1st time trying it(at this location and 1st time in about 4 years) so I was pleased to see all the activity. Ordered a carry out of 2 large deep dish pizzas. I had a customer appreciation coupon for $7.99 for each pizza with 1 topping (limit 3), reg price $10.49, so this was a great deal in my eyes. I ordered pepperoni on one and sausage on only half of the other. Both with extra sauce, being specific to say "just a touch extra sauce". Some places love to just glop that stuff on when you say extra sauce and then the pizza is a raw gummy mess because they didn't cook it properly, ugh. Wait time was 20 minutes, had my pizza in 25. But let me tell you, when I got the pizzas home they were so fresh and hot outa the oven, we literally had to wait 10 minutes before we could cut into them, let alone try a bite into. They looked great, lots a pepperoni covering the whole pie equally, dots of extra sauce nicely cover the top in random places. The sausage crumbles were decent size pieces and you could tell they are generous with the cheese. This pizza is gooood! Worth it's price all day long, even without the $7.99 coupon. They did the extra sauce just right, and it was cooked perfect. The pizza itself is dense but the crust is light and crispy. My whole family of 7 and our guest loved every bite. It was equally as good the next day when we warmed it in the oven. read more

I hate this place the pizza tastes like cardboard with some very chewy cheese with barely any sauce if and the only thing that was any good was the pepperoni and there was two on each slice. Definitely not worth the wait or money for probably some of the worst pizza I have ever had in my life and I have had some pretty bad pizza so take it from me you should definitely not order from this place. read more

I called and placed a delivery order and was told 45 minutes. My food arrived 30 minutes later. My pizza and break sticks were still hot and my salad was fresh and exactly as I ordered. I've always liked jets pizzas. The sauce is awesome and the toppings are very fresh. Unfortunately the service is not good. Love, love, love Jets pizza. Sometimes on a busy night they get a little careless and undercook the pizza but it's an easy fix to toss it back in the oven. The ranch is the best pizza ranch! They really need to ditch the canned mushrooms but you gotta love the spicy pepperonis!! Additionally, this location has the best customer service. The managers and employees are always trying to make their customers happy! read more

Best Pizza, best service, Let's Get Jets! Very friendly delivery people! Will continue to order for ever!

Great service!!! We had it delivered to our house and the deliverer was great and very kind. The food is also something to rave about. The crusts of the pizzas had great garlic flavoring and the bread sticks were warm and buttery. My only complaint was that the delivery took a long time but it was understandable due to the bad weather. read more
