We took a bit longer to order as we were trying to come up with a second pizza to complement 'Smokey'. We decided on the 'Diesel'. The Smokey was roasted pulled pork, pickles, fresh jalapeños, red onions, cheese, and bbq sauce. The Diesel had pepperoni, fresh Jalapeno, spicy Arbol chile red sauce. The pepperoni was the charred cup kind. We also asked for honey on the Diesel. The food came out promptly starting with the salad, then the Smokey and followed by the Diesel. Everything was fresh and delicious. The salad hit the spot. The house Italian dressing on the salad was light and refreshing. Both the pizzas were flavorful and delicious. My favorite was the Smokey. It had everything I wanted in a great tasting pizza. Starting with the thin and crispy crust (which was perfect and held the toppings firmly), the Smokey's toppings came together for a strong flavor profile. I loved the pairing of pulled pork, pickles, jalapeños, red onions, and bbq sauce. I couldn't stop eating it. But I had to have the Diesel too.
