When we arrived our 2 servers, Claire and Imani had the place settings ready with glasses waiting to be filled with ice water. It was fun watching everyone looking at the menus since it was the first time any of them had been here. I had come with our condo group and loved it so much we wanted to share it with our church friends. Claire was our server and she did a great job. I looked over at Imani's side and she was working hard, also. I really liked the luncheon menus. They were more condensed and easier to look over. It wasn't hard for me to decide what I was going to eat! I have found my favorite food and it was the Hot Browns. They were the best of any I've had. My husband and another of his friends had them. Two family groups had a family size Pizza and 2 had individual pizzas. A big majority had Cajun food, and loved it. My really sweet friend had a cup of Crab Bisque and she gave me a spoonful of it to see if I liked it. It was good. Her other dish was Shrimp and Cheese Grits. I enjoyed everything, but if I had to rank them, the Étouffée was definitely my favorite, followed by the Jambalaya, Gumbo, and then Red Beans and Rice. And just to be clear, everything was good! He did a great job according to me! I think almost everyone had already chosen what they wanted to eat, it seems most of us already have a favorite. Everyone else was going to order larger pizzas and share them. Sean had everyone's pizza ordered and it really didn't take very long before they were being delivered to our tables.
