I went in the store and order 2 of their Calzone boats both Italian style and they were both a disappointment. As you can see in the picture there is barely any meat, if I wanted mostly veggies, I would have ordered the vegetarian style. Worst calzone for meat ratio ever!!! Also we were given marinara sauce when the website menu stated that it comes with Italian dressing. Which makes more sense to have with this type of calzone. read more

Would not recommend getting the boneless chicken. We requested well done and hot Buffalo sauce. What we got appeared to be semi warmed chicken nuggets. The sauce was not tossed with the Buffalo sauce but simply drilled over them. Not even a full coat of sauce, was very rushed and sloppy looking. We did have better results with the pizzas. One 8 corner all meat and one 8 corner BBQ aloha chicken. The BBQ chicken was actually really great, and the all meat was decent. What we couldn't get behind was the price over all. Seemed overly expensive for the amount and quality of product we received. Also it was late by almost 30 minutes. This was ordered directly with Jets and not via a third party. First time ever eating at this place and everything looked so good online. On the door when you pull up is a huge sign that reads 20% off all Military and First Responders. My wife went with the 2 slice combo pepperoni and a soft drink. While I decided to try their boneless wings hot of course. I really look forward to coming back and eating inside!!! I was given a delivery time of 6:01pm. An hour later, after they were supposed to be here, an update comes via text...my new delivery time 6:530pm. I call the store to find out what happened, their answer....not our problem, call DoorDash. At 6:57 my delivery shows up, cold as hell. Thanks for wasting my $65 worth of pizza...I should have ordered from anyone other than Jets and likely will never order from you again. This was my first time ever having Jets and I am very impressed! We ordered online and our food was ready when we got there, even being a few minutes before the scheduled time. I love that they give you an exact time it'll be ready when you order online, by the way. Triple cheese turbo stix are a must order! We also got a half pineapple half steak pizza . I've tried so many times to love this place. But it's a hit or miss. The store is dirty as hell if you go inside. (just sayin) Either you'll get amazing service and food. OR you'll watch them touching their phones and then sit it on the makeline to continue making pizzas without washing their hands, look like they haven't showered in a week, get a dirty box because they don't wash their hands, and get a burnt pizza with half the toppings. If you try to order late you'll get excuses like "we don't have that" for the specific thing you're trying to order or "we are only doing scheduled deliveries". If there was a better management team I feel like this store would thrive and would beat everyone in the market. They don't seal the boxes so any delivery driver can breathe on your pizza. Because of COVID-19 it's extremely irresponsible not to seal the boxes. It's a as simple as using household tape. I bought a gluten-free pizza and it caused an allergic reaction. I called to let them know hoping they could be more careful in the future. I was told by the manager that gluten free pizza wasn't a guarantee. The manager went a bit crazy yelling at me for absolutely no reason. During their tirade they made numerous excuses and always stating that it wasn't their fault. They even said it was the DoorDash delivery driver that infected the pizza with gluten. It was a completely absurd conversation. I just wanted to let them know their pizza cause an allergic reaction so they can take the proper precautions. So in the future other people aren't hurt or hospitalized because they eat gluten-free pizza that wasn't properly prepared. Providing products for people with allergies isn't like horseshoes. You can't just get close enough, it needs to be exactly right. Some people will be hospitalized if they eat the smallest amount of gluten. It's not a thing about people being picky or wanting to follow the new health craze. Some people are actually allergic to wheat. read more

My coworker and I frequently order Jets for lunch. Delivery doesn't take long and when we order carry out, the pizza is always ready and hot when we arrive. The staff is always been friendly and our food is hot. Personally - I love Jets. I prefer their deep dish, 8 or 4 corner with turbo crust and have been working through trying all of their specialty pizzas. They were about to start a HUGE order for the big church down the street and said my timing was perfect. Because of their awesomeness I upgraded from a large to an extra-large. And it was delicious! We enjoy Jet's and have always had wonderful service, but I typically order carry out and go in. Tonight, it is rainy outside, so we ordered delivery. The person taking my order was polite but unable to understand or answer most of my questions. Sounded as if she may have been a young girl. Maybe she was just newer or having an off night, if not, may need to train the people that take phone orders to be more familiar with the ordering process.
