This occasion they were having trivia night but were still more than welcome to have us. We were hungry so we ordered a bunch of food from mozzarella sticks, loaded fries, two pizzas and wings. The service was great especially for how busy they were. Food came out in order from appetizers to mains and everything was looking and tasting amazing! We missed their food so much after that visit we went again a month later and it was delicious. Definitely a 10/10 spot in Brandon/Valrico.

That's my gripe that I had to really look for just to be fair. The burger was great. Got the BayBay. Egg was perfect as well as the heat and spice. Fries were plentiful and perfectly done. These are those skin on kinda potatoes. Only thing is, I wish there was some malt vinegar at the tables for the fries, but that's just me. I did get the burger rolls to go (kinda like egg rolls) and they were good after a 30 minute drive home, but would definitely have to get them again in restaurant to give them a solid review. Tables are usually tables of 4, but there are a few long tables there for seating, I think the dining room can hold about 30ish people? Friendly service when I visited. Definitely recommend!

As my dinner I was really excited to have the redfish special as this is one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately I just didn't like the way it was prepared. It was sweet and not my vibe but the Brussels sprouts were really good. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their dishes. Just because I didn't like my dinner it wouldn't deter me from coming back here. I would just try something else!

But the real star of the night was definitely the honey hot jerk wings. The perfect balance of sweet honey, smoky jerk seasoning, and that slow-building heat was unreal. Every bite had layers of flavor -- sweet at first, then spicy, then that rich Caribbean-style seasoning kicked in and took it over the top. Honestly, they were so good they had me in a full food coma afterward. The kind of meal where you sit back after eating and just rethink your entire life for a second . You can tell the wings were made fresh and seasoned with care because the flavor was deep all the way through, not just sauced on the outside. Definitely one of the best wing flavors I've had in a long time, and I'll absolutely be back for more.
