They're quick and efficient and the pizza always comes hot, fresh, and the cheese melty. Kiddo loves all the other (non pizza) options, and the prices are so affordable. It's incredible. Cheese bread (a full small pizza size), and two half sandwiches for under $20? Unreal. Although we've never eaten at the restaurant (we generally opt for takeout), every time we've picked it up, it's seemed busy to me (during the dinner hours). It's a great, local, quick convenience that offers great variety and affordable options.

The ribs were good but fattier than I would've liked whereas the steak salad was definitely the better option. Steak was cooked perfectly, salad dressing was kinda unique and definitely delicious. We'll definitely be back, next time with our family.

Nope, it wasn't! First, perhaps because they are a storied institution, they expect patrons to already be familiar with the order of operations. The menu is on the placemat everyone! When the waitress arrived, she expected us to already know what we wanted, and my husband did not notice the "menus" and asked for one. Anyway, was it good? No. Flavorful? Also no. Needed more sauce, and I think they used canned mushrooms...yuck. Plus, the crust edges were burnt, not appetizing. The positive about Fricanos is it didn't make us feel like hot garbage later or the next day, like many chain pizza places can. If Grand Haven thinks this is good pizza, then I feel bad for the residents. :(

The staff seems to be a lot of younger newbies and none of the other staff that has been there for years was in sight. They have a small seating area with booths and it was clean but most people pick up or have it delivered. My pizza was ordered as extra crispy but was very soggy tonight and all of the toppings litterly slide of the greasy mess of a pizza. Maybe just a bad night. Hope this won't be the trend.

I happened to be in Ferrysburg and wanted the fried chicken from Leppink's. They do have great fried chicken in the deli. But when I got to the deli around 12:45, they only had two pieces left. 2 wings! So who knows how long those wings were sitting there? I left Leppink's and spotted Greek Tony's and figured they might have a lunch special. There's no sign out front advertising lunch, but I figured since they have sandwiches and salads they must have pizza by the slice. Sure enough when asked the counter man said they had a two slice special for $7.42. It was two huge slices of their supreme pizza and a small styrofoam cup for your soft drink. I could only finish one slice....probably should have asked for just one and saved a couple of bucks. I'll know for next time. Pizza was a bit greasy, probably from the pepperoni, but it was a thicker kinda chewy crust. Overall very tasty.

Person answering the phone was pleasant, never had a problem with any of the order takers. The pizza on the other hand left a lot to be desired: -Very thick and chewy dough. I realize this ain't a thin crust, but it was not like this previously. -Sauce taste has changed. -VERY stingy with toppings. Perhaps a way to save money? Other than that, everything else.....wait time, counter-clerk, etc were okay. Bottom line: I will patronize this place again, but unless the product is improved, it will more than likely be the last time for me.

It was super bland. It was clearly not slow roasted with any herbs or in any meat/vegetable broth. The sauce was bland. I've enjoyed this classic Italian dish at many other Italian restaurants, so this was particularly disappointing. My friend got the mussel and frites. Multiple mussels were still closed shut when served. For such a small number of mussels, I would have hoped they would have replaced the closed mussels rather than expect the customer to pry them. The only dish I enjoyed was the mozzarella sticks appetizer. I came in with a very large party, and the service was solid. Do not recommend.
