But when we got the pizza home and took a bite, there was barely any cheese on it. My mom picked up the pizza and also gave a decent tip and purchased a dessert. When I called and spoke to the manager, he said "sorry you feel that way. And that he measured it out to standard amount." Our intention was not to get free pizza but after that interaction I will never go back!!! I am in town visiting family and we ordered pizza, I placed my usual order if sausage, onion, pepper, and onion and didn't think twice about it. When the pizza arrived I was pleasantly surprised that my niece had ordered Detroit style pizza. We are from the West Coast and our "Detroit Style" comes from a cheap pizza chain or the frozen food aisle. The crust was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and I love the crisp cheese on the edges, the sauce actually has flavor, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. First off the pizza was good, the one star is because of the general manager. When I called in my order I told the person taking the order not to put onions on my pizza, I haven't eaten a onion in 25 years. So when I pick up my pizza guess what it had onions after I told the cashier that I ordered this without onions and can I have a refund or new pizza she went back and got the manager the general manager made it a point to say I did want onions on it and I, explain to her that I haven't watered onions on anything in 25 years we go back and forth with her saying that I did order onions so so i had wait another but I was called a liar by the manager. read more

Just called on their busiest day of the year (who knew?... I'm a florist and thought my day was tough) and was greeted by the friendliest, most efficient and hilarious employee. Her voice was almost gone, but was still cheerful and amazing. I never leave reviews, but after a long day myself, I was super impressed at this girls spunk! Don't know her name, but shout out to the delightful girl answering the phone on Valentine's Day... employee's like that are few and far between. Best pizza in Grand Haven. There's one other comes close but i'll spare the details on that one. jets really goes out of their way to make sure your pizza is cooked the way you ask them . They don't lace their sauce in MSG like other big chain "huts" . Pure ingredients all the way. Love their staff! read more
