Absolutely fantastic. When my husband and I visited NYC, our favorite pizzas were 1) the typical NYC thin crust we got at Joe's - you know, the giant fold it over to eat it slice and 2) the pepperoni Detroit-style at Prince Street. I honestly did not think I would find a place to get quick, takeout Detroit-style here in Texas, and then someone recommended Jet's. And just wow. Ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The crust has that beautiful crunch on the outside and perfect chew on the inside. Neither the cheese nor the red sauce is too heavy - the latter of which, for me, is saying a lot because I do not like most red sauce (I usually try to find pizzas with other choices). And I love that you can get the crust in a variety of flavors - I love the butter or garlic alone, but my husband loves the Turbo, with butter, garlic, and Romano. Prices felt a little high at first, but once I saw the amount and quality of food we got for the price, I changed my mind. $26 with tax, tip, and delivery for two small Detroit-style - which are NOT small and give both of us a hefty lunch and dinner each. That's damn reasonable, in my opinion. Oh! And a bonus: you don't normally think about customer service when you order pizza online, as you don't often find it necessary to communicate with the employees. However, the first time I ordered from Jet's, I did it over the phone because I had questions about the items. And the gal I spoke with at this location (forgive me for not remembering her name!) stayed on the line with me for almost 20 minutes explaining everything on the menu, giving me options for deals, and the best ways to order. My family LOVES this pizza! Finding a pizza place that works with food allergies but still tastes amazing is tough, but Jet's has been a lifesaver for us. My son is allergic to wheat but loves pizza, and after trying every pizza place, Jet's is his favorite. The best toppings, so fresh, especially the vegetables and dough made daily. Would rate 0, but not allowed. Order 2 large pizzas and a large ranch for delivery. Total was $60. Driver arrived at 6:15 and didnt have the ranch. He said he would run back and grab it really quickly. We paid $6 for the ranch and love ranch with our pizza so we wanted it. At 6:35 we called and asked where the ranch was and was told the driver had it ready and would bring it with his next order approximately 15 minutes. That's a total of 35 minutes after our pizza had already arrived. I said to just refund the ranch as we would already be done eating at that point. Instead of refunding the $6 they cancelled the first charge which should appear in our account in 1-3 business days and then charged an additional $54 charge. So now we are currently out $114 dollars for their mistake of a $6 ranch. Manager was zero help, service was awful, and pizza way too expensive to begin with. Dont waste your time, the Pizza Buffet would be a better use of your time and money. read more

The normal pizza place I frequent was closed so I thought I would give this place a try. I ordered the pepperoni style and it was good but nothing special in my opinion. The bread was very crunchy and the sauce was tangy so that was a plus. It was nice and squared giving enough crunch on every piece. Since this was a blind try I have to say maybe I just caught them on a less than spectacular day. I will give them another try and update this review. read more

I came in on May 2nd approximately around 1:00pm. I noticed one of your workers had a black hoodie that was covered in dog hair. He was wearing this hoodie while making the pizzas. It is not likely that dog hair dropped in some of the pizzas he made?? That is disgusting! read more

Pizza is good, but pricey if you order to be delivered. Best to go inside and order to see what your best deals are. Manager still trying to figure things out it seems. We ordered a bunch of pizza for a party and they sell their signature ranch dressing in bottles. My entire order was to be picked up later by my son. Of course they forgot to add the bottle of ranch!! It was 7 bucks with change so not going to break the bank but I was still frustrated after spending 100.00 bucks on pizza. I called to let him know and no apologies! He could not return money only give credit for next visit. Okay fine that works! We still had no ranch and my daughter left to go to her house to get a bottle. Ugh! I understand mistakes happen but he was never apologetic about it at all, that's the part that bugs me the most. Anyways....we ordered again a week later on their app and no credit was there. I paid for the pizza and my husband went in to pick up and he still would not just give us our bottle of ranch, even after all that! My husband said to him he needs to make it right and he figured it out. The ranch had to be purchased first so he could then see and issue the credit! Holy hell! So....will I eat here again, probably not because this whole ordeal is now linked to my experience dealing with them unfortunately. Hope they do better. read more

Awful customer service. Placed an order for delivery through UberEats. I ordered two sides and a pizza. When my order was delivered, the pizza was missing. When I spoke to the manager, I was told the pizza I ordered, on the website, is no longer something they make. My boyfriend and I decided to order some pizza tonight and were blown away with how delicious the food was! We ordered the Italian Hero with Cajun crust and the Eugene Supreme with garlic crust. Both were quite flavorful and delicious! All of their additional sauces were also really good, especially the garlic butter and homemade ranch. We met the owner and she was very friendly and helpful!
