Since they don't deliver anymore their prices have gone way up!! Paid the extra once since then. Just not worth it.

Attempted to call in for a to-go order three times but received a busy signal. Following the calls, I attempted to order online however was informed that I could only order through phone due to the COVID-19 situations. As I was unable to order through phone or online, I drove to the store to order walk-in however was told only online or phone orders.....as this was not an option I was thus unable to order a pizza and ultimately had to go to a competitor pizza place. Based on the lack of customer service that was received, I would NEVER go to this Jets store again. read more

We were searching for a place that would deliver to the Fenton public boat launch without any luck. Jimmy John's shot us down saying we were out of their delivery range (1.7 miles away, WTF?!) so I called Jet's and they saved the day. Two Deli boats delivered on time by Alex our driver. The store was a little hesitant to take the order since they've been burned in the past by boaters at the launch but they saved the day for sure. This place is hit or miss, for example... I tried to order on line (just now) its 8:30pm, it said "error try again"... I did and it repeated itself. So I called in to give my order. The girl that answered said and I quote "this is jets pizza and we are not taking orders right now because our credit card machine is down." So I asked, "But you can take cash?" She hesitated and then stated "no we can't do anything." I bet that is because it is close to quitting time. Usually we order and it really depends on who is there. I have been hung up on. Or the service is phenomenal. After today it's Hungry Howies for good and they are just as bad. I wish Sicily's Pizza was closer. Called and asked how much a pizza cost and was quoted a price. Ordered two and was given twice another more expensive price. Manager says the price we were quoted was a mistake and we had to take the higher price. I'm sure the pizza is great as I love Jets but I'd make sure to watch for the bate and switch. Managers do not support customers, employees throwing items at my vehicle. Meant to post this a little while back... however, I never got the chance to so here it is. Late summer 2018 I had ordered a deep dish 4 corner pizza with extra cheese. I went to pick it up. At the time a very good friend of mine had worked at this location and had just finished her shift... anyways because she finished her shift I had driven around the building where the bigby drive thru is located and parked up front. While driving around a delivery driver had came busting through the back door paying no attention.... I slammed on my brakes and he jumped back... no one was injured in this situation just to clarify... the employee had gotten very angry. I rolled my window down and said hey you gotta watch for cars man that's a very blind corner luckily I was paying attention. Anyways I continued and parked my car and went and got my pizza which was made wrong as well... no extra cheese and almost burnt to a crisp... I went back out to my vehicle and chatted with my friend... the delivery driver had returned from his delivery at some point in this process... sitting in my vehicle chatting with my friend I hear a loud clunk... immediately I get out of my car and look to see the employee throwing something solid at my car... which I take pride in... he then threw another thing... I yelled and told him to stop... he didn't. I went into the store furious... maybe even a little too angry... I then found myself and calmed down and asked for a manager... the manager at the store did nothing to help except ask the delivery driver to stop... however they were laughing about it in the process. I then asked for someone else to talk to maybe an owner or another manager... he gave me the number to the store manager who I called and allowed me to explain my story. But did not apologize or do anything to make it right. I was told to go on with my evening and leave it be... customer first right? Wrong with jets on leroy... I payed for my crappy pizza and got things thrown at my vehicle and NOTHING was done to make it right... after an experience like this... this jets will never get my business again and to anyone I know I will not recommend this location either. I feel I was treated very poorly and I don't believe I was wrong in the way I handled it. My friend who is an ex-employee now also told me a few very displeasing things about food preparation at this location as well... I know this review is very long and a lot to read but I feel it's all a "need to know" basis. Customers beware, managers and employees do not care about you here. If a mistake is made or a bad experience is had they will not take care of you properly. Very unfortunate too because I used to order a lot from this jets and loved it in the past. It's definitely gone down hill in my eyes. read more

I would have a 5 star because hands down, it is my whole family's favorite brand of pizza. However, this location is literally kiddy corner from two other pizza places that deliver to us- 8 miles away. We called them one day and they delivered, a week later and they said they re-routed their maps and wouldn't deliver. Sorry, but just under a 10 minute drive and you can't do it? Like I said, all the places around them do. As my husband says, "they don't mind losing money." A few of our neighbors have mentioned it, as well. Oh well. read more

you really cant get any better than jets pizza, all of their products are freshly made and top quality. The cheese is even made from a farmer who takes really good care of his cattle i know cause ive worked there and we put in alot of hard work into our pizzas. Our dough is freshly made every morning, Hand pressed even and then put in pans with oil in them that give the crust a butterly crunchy taste to it! No other place compares to our deep dishes. Thats why our pizzas are more expensive because it is top quality ingredients, and we take alot of time in effort into making the pizzas unlike little caesers which make frozen pizzas. And the customer service sometimes isnt as great but thats because we get so busy. And its not just the managers its the kids that get hired in and slack off or dont do their job its really tough to find a good employee that takes pride in working there like some of the people there. So we try out best to make our customers happy. Our managers like nick and joe take alot of pride into the pizza place and our owner joe even gives his pizzas away to people in need hes a great guy. So please dont think that just because theres bad reviews that its a bad place to go get pizza cause i from experience know that is not true and its a great place to work at too! read more
