Our Go-to pizza in Clearwater is usually Paul's Chicago Pizza, but they close at 9pm on Saturday night and we leave the beach late bc we stay until after sunset. We were disappointed it would be closed by the time we got there, & were planning on settling on picking up a frozen from Walmart, & then Jet's Pizza crossed our path. We have had them once in another location and loved it, but never had a nearby location until now. We turned back around and came back to Jet's. They have two tables w/ chairs and a bench inside and we were going to order and eat it there. It would have been way cold if we brought it home. The person who ran us up was very friendly. He also said he could give me $5 off for the order. We also ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi. They made our aloha bbq chicken pizza - 8 corners and it was ready in about 15-20 min. This pizza was amazing and irresistible just like we remembered when we first tried it. We do love Detroit style because of the corners and Fave Detroit style is in nearby Safety Harbor - Nona Slice. This is your standard Florida pizza chain. Better than frozen pizza, but it lacked in sauce in my opinion. Unlike most of the reviews Jets pizza is one of the better "fast food" pizzas that I have. We ordered the 8 corner pizza with turbo crust. We were able to order via text and it was a success. The pizza ready within the time it said and it was hot and very saucy which I like. Definitely will order again when we are looking for quick but delicious pizza. read more

I have ordered from Jets on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater for years. Their mobile app took more than $300 from my account on several different days that I did not order pizza. I brought this to the attention of the owner of Jets Pizza at 2045 Gulf to Bay Blvd. Jets Pizza did not refund my account and I had to file a dispute with my bank to get reimbursement. The owner put a $20 credit on the account but when I tried to collect on the credit the store told me that my credit had expired. I will never order from Jets Pizza again and it's to bad because I did enjoy their Pizza. This is a perfect example of how NOT to treat your customers.​ read more

Jets Pizza just delivered a meatball 'boat' -- I'd call it a calazone anywhere else -- and a small garden salad with chicken added. With tip: $20. 1. I love this pizza and I'm sad this place gets some bad customer service ratings. My experience was fine - nothing out of the ordinary, nothing to complain about. My pizza may have been just a little overbaked on some edges, but we ate it all and it was delicious. 2. I ordered online without issue, requested it to be done at a certain time in the afternoon, so I could run some errands first. I arrived a few minutes early and it was baking, so glad to know it wasn't done immediately and sitting, cooling off until I got there. 3. The workers were pleasant and kind, no issues there, not sure what their roles were but no complaints. 5. This is hands down the best pan pizza in the entire area. My Dad has raved about Jet's Pizza for some time now, so I finally tried it. I started with two slices for lunch one day. They have cheese and pepperoni slices available all day. I added sausage to one slice of plain cheese and it was awesome. And cheap! Cheap is for me all day long. I was impressed enough with the slices to order a whole pie, and I've been getting them every Friday on my way home. The pizza tastes like pure cardboard. Their delivery drivers have zero respect - will park in nearby residents' private parking spots, and when they're asked politely to move, they'll refuse to move their car and insist that they have to deliver their pizza. If you want to save your taste buds AND prevent your neighbors from being angry, then I'd recommend going with a different company entirely. Bros pizza is right down the street -- not only is it the same price and the drivers respect your neighbors, but it also doesn't taste like frozen dough and canned tomato paste. Had the Four square Detroit style pizza with pepperoni and sausage after a stop at the brewery next door. The pizza was good. Better than I thought it would be from a chain. Tasted similar to Pizza Hut pan pizza but I was hungry so it hit the spot. They were generous with the pepperoni too. The guy gave me a coupon which was nice and think it was $11 or so. Placed an online order and after I typed in my debit card, it said that the order failed and I had to place it again. So I checked my bank account, no transaction, so I did it again, completely and my pick up time said 12:50pm, checked my bank, money was taken out. Unable and unwilling to make my order and unable and unwilling to give me a refund. He said I probably got the location wrong and I needed to provide him with the order information from my work computer. I went to the car to grab my phone to see what I could find on my cell phone... nothing. Just my bank statement that had the date, the store, location and transaction amount. I called the customer support for Jets and explained the situation. She was appalled that this was even taking place. With online ordering, it's 100% the store responsibility as a franchise to resolve my issue. Even equipped with the info she gave me, I went back in the store and received no additional Assistance from mike. I EVEN SHOWED THE MAN MY BANK STATEMENT. He said he had no order for me and could not help. Since COVID happened, online ordering has become essential to keeping businesses going, so I have had my fair share with ordering online and mix ups. Never once have I ever been treated in this type of manner. I wasted an hour of work time, $30 and went back to work with no lunch. Will never waste my time here again. I have used this location for years. Tonight I had a $32 order: a pizza and cinnamon sticks. I ordered a Bold Fold with regular pepperoni instead of the spicy and I wanted extra icing for the cinnamon sticks. I received a Big Fold with no pepperoni and did not get the extra icing. I called and all the Manager wanted to do was give me a $7 credit for my $32 order. After all the money I have spent with them and all he wants to give me is a $7 credit!
