WTF people first off $138 for 2 bags to be checked in was grand larceny and TRUMP should have his MAGA goons look into this scam practice. However once I paid the fee it was smooth sailing onto the plane. Once boarded I was served a Cup of DUNK cause now I guess JetBlue flys on Dunkin'... Seriously was disappointed I was not flying on CELTICS jet to Boston, I mean where else would it be flying and it was just sitting on there.. Got a TV, wifi and goodies plus a seat. When seated in the Even More seats you get a bag of Tate's chocolate chip cookies and free drinks ( max 3 for Mosaic customers). You also get a choice of four snacks from their snack basket. Last-minute trip! I booked my flights on Sunday and caught a 6:30 AM flight to LaGuardia. Online booking was so easy, and with all the recent TSA delays, JetBlue really stayed on top of things with early gate updates and notifications. They switched my gate from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4, which ended up being a huge win. TSA PreCheck was basically empty. The terminal was still busy, but nowhere near as hectic as Terminal 3. Jet Blue offers one of the most comfortable cabins in the business plus you get free WiFi and screens. In the past there were some issues with timeliness but these days it was become much more reliable. Also you get snacks and a soda for free. read more

Wildly uncomfortable seats. They do have more leg room but I personally would rather have comfier seats since I'm shorter and don't need the extra leg space. They also had no screens on the flights which my kiddo was not happy about. I would choose only if no better airline options available. read more

JetBlue always has my back! From last min booking, to booking in advance I always did I get really great deals for flights. I love that they still offer their customers a free first back and personal item onboard. With the prices for flights and bags these days with other carriers, every little bit counts, and I love that JB offers it for free. I've never had any major issues with this airline, I've experienced some minor delays here and there, most times it's been weather related, safety first always, so it didn't bother me. read more

Jet Blue, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dec, 2025. My husband and I were returning home from vacation, flying on JetBlue from Phoenix, AZ to Richmond, VA, with a stop in Fort Lauderdale (FLL). It wasn't the best schedule, with a red eye out of Phoenix and then a few hours waiting time in FLL. (See my separate review of the FLL airport which was crazy loud). This review is specifically about our excellent flight experience on JetBlue between FLL and RIC. Our flight left on time, and actually landed 20 minutes early. The seats were large with a comfortable amount of leg room, even for my tall husband. There were good free entertainment options, with the screen being in the seat back. JetBlue also offers free WiFi. Baggage was also easy. We were allowed one free carry-on, plus a personal item. Back in Phoenix, we volunteered to check-in our carry-ons, for free, and the bags reached RIC without incident. The best part about this flight though was the cabin crew who were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. It started with greetings from a hostess in a Santa cap, in blue, of course. Later, another flight attendant cheerfully brought a coffee for my husband after he buzzed, even though he had just finished the drink service. (My husband had fallen asleep). I was apologetic to the flight attendant, mentioning that we had been on a red eye. He asked follow-up questions, seeming genuinely interested in where we had boarded and how long our lay-over was in FLL. And, then there was the flight attendant who made announcements, with a good degree of humor. "We're coming in 20 minutes early. If we're 20 minutes late on the next one, then we'll be even." I didn't get any of their names, but upon exiting, I asked where they're based and she said that they're based in Orlando. read more

Mixed feelings after my recent flights between Fort Lauderdale and San Francisco. There are definite perks like every seat has a personal screen with live TV and movies. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which sounds great, but both ways it barely worked. I could sometimes get a connection on my phone, but not at all on my laptop. For a 6+ hour flight where I had planned to work, it really threw me off and now I'm losing my Friday off because I couldn't get my work done in the air. Also, the turbulence on my way out was terrifying. The plane suddenly dropped and tilted, a flight attendant literally went flying, and everyone looked shaken. We were cruising in clear skies, so it was completely out of the blue. The pilot came on five minutes later and casually said ATC had us veer to avoid another aircraft. Comfortable, Easy Flights - JetBlue Did It Right! Took JetBlue for a recent round-trip between Fort Lauderdale and Albany, and overall, it was a great experience! Our flight to Albany was delayed about an hour due to a maintenance issue -- which is never ideal -- but I appreciated the transparency and safety-first approach. Once we were in the air, everything was smooth sailing. The seats were very comfortable, and the flight attendants were super friendly and attentive. On the return flight from Albany (a 7 AM departure), everything went off without a hitch. Boarding was easy, we left on time, and my bags arrived safe and sound in Fort Lauderdale. Big win! I also really appreciated the seat-back screens -- I was able to kick back and watch some shows without any hassle, which made the flight go by quickly. Didn't have a good experience this time with Jetblue. Coming back from PR at San Juan airport the gate attendant was extra sassy when I asked to confirm my seat. He kept saying next time you need to purchase blue package lol Our flight got delayed as our Pilot wasn't there yet don't know the reasons. The Pilot finally arrived and we were all ready to go when the plane started making a really weird and worrisome sound. We later learned the plane exhaust was not working and we got delayed until the mechanic fixed it. We had no a/c on the plane for a few minutes making the wait very uncomfortable. After a couple of hours plane was ready and we took off. Landed safely in Fort Lauderdale. Never had an issue before with Jetblue hope this was just a one time incident. read more

The staff are generally rude. The terms "Sir" or "Please" are not in their vocabulary. Coming from Los Angeles to Forth Lauderdale, I was sandwiched like sardine can on seat 22E. So on the way back, I thought I ask the lady before boarding to see if there is a First Class seat available. Lucky me, there was one available. So I asked for an "Upgrade ". We all have heard of upgrades. Apparently, she had not. And rudely told me that I have to buy a new ticket at $640.00. I asked, how about the ticket that I have dies it have any value? She said very roughly that my ticket is worth nothing. I understand that they deal with a ton of people, but, to have an attitude at 10:30 am doesn't make sense. Despite the travel issues the airlines have had lately JetBlue has been very good and on top any changes. I had flight to Medellín Colombia during the government shutdown and I was able to go through security and check in with no problems. Jet Blue has a manageable terminal at this airport. Meaning it's not so big that you have to walk forever to your gate. And it's a bit older and outdated like the rest of FLL. But it's kept clean with many forms of cleaners both manned or unmanned. They even move the recycling bins off from the side to clean near their stations overnight. Jet blue is honestly so much better than many of the other airlines! We got really cheap nonstop tickets for my sisters wedding. I love how much wider the seats are with better leg room! My only complaint is that I'm 6months pregnant carrying an 18months old and 2 bags and I asked for help putting my bag up and she told me she wouldn't help me. I LOVE JetBlue!!! I refuse to fly with any other airline. JetBlue has so much more space than other airlines I've flown with. "Extra Spaxe" on other airlines is JetBlue's regular coach space. But JetBlue's Extra Space is extremely spacious, even for someone over 6 feet tall. Every seat has their own television where you get numerous free movies, DIRECTV, Peacock Originals, Sirius XM, games and real time flight status. For someone like me who has the attention span of a fly, this is perfect..lol!! They also give you access to their unlimited snacks on board. They keep them stored in their "pantry" in the middle and rear of the plane in which you're free to grab any snack of your choice whenever you desire. And let's not even talk about first class on some of their planes. They're like mini bedroom cubicles. There's no better airline to me. They'll forever have my business. read more

01/18/2026- Hubby and I decided to call Jet Blue Vacation Package. We wanted to start planning out our year for Vacations example our Wedding Anniversary and July 4th weekend. Hubby and I navigated your website for 2 hours checking different packages and promotions you had going on your Jet Blue website. After 2 long hours navigating my dashboard on JetBlue, we were already mentally drained. We took our time reading sites and hotels with the amenities that they had to offer and looking at the prices and comparing it trying to figure out if we can afford to book it and if it made sense. After 2 hours we decided to call 844-528-2229 Jet Blue Package Team and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Janette at ext. 69497. She introduced herself and welcomed us on the call. We explained to her what we were navigating the site for hours and we were narrowing down where we wanted to go. It was Barbados, Los Cabos or Cancun Mexico and maybe Punta Cana. We explained to Ms. Janet what we were looking for and whether Jet Blue had any more special deals or packages that we missed on the JetBlue website for vacation packages. Ms. Janette took the time to listen first, we wanted All Inclusive and for adults only. She followed procedures and verified us first to make sure we were who we said we were, then asked us specific questions to narrow down our search to be able to accommodate us. She suggested, and recommended, and she tailored our needs and wants. She asked us about our price range, and we also said to her it is important to us that the entertainment party night life at the resort was a big plus for us. Meaning included... After researching with her and listening to her recommendations with the pros and cons we were able to book not just 1 vacation for the week of September 3rd, 2026, but also July 4th, 2026 weekend which turned out to be New Orleans. The staff at the gate in Fort Lauderdale need to be more sympathetic to people with disabilities. Today I was in a different boarding group than my wife and the JetBlue employee at the gate scanning boarding passes refused to allow me to go with my wife to help her with putting her carry-on bag up above in the overhead bin. I clearly told him she had a disability and he didn't care and told me to wait for my own boarding group. I have never had an airline say something like this to me. I travel a lot and rarely use any airlines that are outside of my typical choices. But however, JetBlue was my only option to go from California to Florida. On the way here the seats are very uncomfortable and cramped. So on the way back, I asked my travel agent to please book me a More spacious seat in which she did but when I got up this morning to go get ready to head to the airport. My seat has been sold out from underneath me when my travel agent tried to call the airline they told them that they would switch me to the same row as before, but this time a window seat that doesn't have a window. We flew with JetBlue from Ft Lauderdale to Ronald Reagan in Washington DC, with a group of 33 - 5th graders (Safety Patrols). We had the end tail of the plane with 75% of our students flying for the first time in their lives. JetBlue and their wonderful staff were so sweet,blind and patient with our kiddos. Jazzie from Jet blue just made me a customer for Southwest Airlines. She is horrible. I went to check in my bag and get a boarding pass. When I asked if I can speak to an agent she said "no, kiosk only". I tried to use the kiosk but it wanted to charge me for a bag i already paid for. I went back to Jazzie because she was the person in front of the JetBlue desk. I told her can I get help. She said, "it's easy, it's even in English, see everyone else can do it why can't you?" She said this loud so everyone can hear. She humiliated me and talked down to me. She then couldn't figure out why I was being charged, and now all of the sudden she said I can talk to an agent. When I asked earlier, she refused to let me talk to an agent, now all of the sudden I can talk to an agent. The agent sorted things out, but I will never fly with JetBlue again, and it's all because I was humiliated by Jazzie. I'm flying Southwest Airlines from now on. read more

Terminal clean, when I boarded the plane they had a team member that helped all the ladies with lifting there bags up for storage. What a welcomed feeling. Half the battle is lifting the bag over your head as we know. Make sure to bring the plug that looks like this for your ear plugs for music, movie or a show. Check my photo for the right plug. I don't know the name of it. Plenty of leg room as you can see in my other photo. I would recommend group A. To me it's worth the extra to not be stressed on whether your bag will make it to the overhead bin near your seat and the mad rush. If you are towards the front and on the aisle watch out for customers going by with large book bags that wack you in the head. They all are oblivious to this. I know first hand. This review is for my recent JetBlue MINT experience to Europe. I got a really good deal by booking very early so this was a splurge but worth it! Luckily there weren't any flight delays during my entire trip (to London and back). Also, the flight attendants on both initial and connecting flights were outstanding, especially in MINT. These are 10 things you should know when you fly Mint to Europe. 1. If you live in MIA or Broward, you'll have to connect from NY or Boston to fly Mint to London. So from FLL, you'll first board a regular JetBlue flight then connect to the A321 plane to London or another European destination. 2. Baggage allowance - 1 personal bag, 1 carry on, 2 check ins up to 70lbs each so go shop until you drop. 3. Priority Check-In but didn't use either one cause I have TSA Pre and Clear. You'll be first to board the plane tho. 4. Once you settled in your private suite, you'll be offered a preflight sparking wine in a real glass 5. The suite is spacious featuring many compartments and charging ports, huge touchscreen LCD, amazing headphones, amenity kits, Tuft N Needle lie-flat seats (with a touch of a button), a blanket, pillow, and slippers. 6. FREE WiFi. I tested the speed and it's fast enough to browse the internet, post on IG, send emails and text via WhatsApp 7. FOOD WAS AMAZING! Before lunch or dinner, they offer a cocktail of choice served with Marcona Almonds. After, you'll choose 3 out of 5 tapas style dishes plus a dessert. Before you land, a light snack is also served. Of course, you'll get unlimited drinks including coffee, beer, wine, soda, water and cocktails, of your choice. I recommend Mint Condition and Old Fashioned. 8. Plenty of entertainment. Recent movies, Direct TV, all genres of music all within a touch of the screen, remote or your paired phone. Screen also swivels and tilts for your convenience. 9. Restrooms are the same size as other JetBlue planes. Nothing really fancy but super clean. There's a restroom dedicated for Mint passengers in the front. 10. The flight itself takes about 6.5-8 hours from Boston (depending on air traffic) and it's very smooth considering this is a narrow body plane. read more

Well... after all, jet blue screwed us over. We brought carry on so we did not have to check and miss our layover flights. Well they took our luggage anyways- ( there was PLENTY OF OVER HEAD SPACE). We had to WAIT to get our luggage and now we missed our next flight cuz of THEM! I was man handled by TSA. My daughter, son in law and grandson went through scanning. I'm 71 years old and they pulled me aside and literally searched me aggressively! Them on flight 0706 to Newark NJ from Ft Lauderdale was delayed 3 times with no explainable reasons. In fact the staff were so arrogant when announcing the delays. I often heard them say if you do not go to gate then you are staying and we are not waiting. Just like that. Finally when they announced that flight will leave 4 hours after our original time, they changed the gates on us. While on board an old aircraft the crew members were arrogant and spoke rapidly on the loudspeaker and very few could understand a word. One crew member could not close some of the overheads and after 2 attempts, slammed it and walked away saying ( loudly) " I dont get paid enough for this crap". In the meantime my son in law got up and was able to close it on 2 try's. Another crew member walked down the aisle with beverages. I asked for water and she handed me a small cup of warm water that was sitting on the cart openly. I did not dare to drink it. Yet another walked up the aisle and I showed her the teleprompter in front of me was not working. I could not see a movie nor could I even see our flight details and when I pointed it out to her she shrugged her shoulders and said it's not working and walked away. I am so disappointed in Jet Blue. The aircraft was old, dirty, crew was arrogant and rude along with non caring, equipment was no good. We enjoyed our JetBlue Mint experience on the JFK/LHR roundtrip flights. The personal attention from the attendants, delicious inflight meals and drinks, entertainment, and of course the comfortable lie flat seats enhanced our enjoyable experience. Will definitely fly JetBlue Mint again and do recommend to others. Only thing missing are JetBlue lounges at the airports.
