I stayed at Club Wyndham Palm Aire recently and I liked it. The highlight for us was the multiple…read morepools and the spaciousness of the rooms. The main pool had plenty of seating, a water slide, and a little kids areas. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family. We had a two-bedroom unit with a full kitchen, separate living area, and generous bathrooms. The extra square footage made a big difference. There were a couple of minor downsides. Some of the common areas and resort amenities felt a bit dated. There was also an elicit or in the main building that was out of service. Our room did not have a washer and dryer but there was a nearby laundry room. All in all, a solid 4-star resort that delivered on space and pool variety. Great value for a relaxing Florida vacation!

We recently attended a timeshare presentation at Club Wyndham Palm-Aire. We have participated in…read moreWyndham timeshare presentations in the past, so we knew what to expect and understood that the purpose of the presentation was to sell us a product. What we did not expect was the level of pressure and the complete disregard for our repeated requests to leave. We were told that the presentation would last approximately two hours. We listened to the presentation and declined the offer multiple times. However, rather than accepting our decision, the representatives became increasingly persistent. At one point, we were even told that we were "making a mistake" by not purchasing. When we were finally brought to the person who was supposed to handle our exit, the pressure continued. I clearly told her that we were not interested and that we needed to leave. She continued to push, so I stopped her again and explained that the presentation was supposed to be two hours, that we had already been there for approximately two and a half hours, and that we needed to leave to meet our family. At that point, we genuinely felt like we were being held hostage. We stood up to leave, and a supervisor approached us and asked us to stay for "five more minutes." After everything we had already said, we felt bullied into staying yet again. Eventually, we were allowed to leave and were taken to the gift desk, where we encountered another couple who had apparently experienced a similar situation. We understand that Wyndham has a product to sell, and we expected a sales presentation. What we did not expect was to have our repeated "no" ignored, our time disregarded, and to feel pressured and uncomfortable simply because we declined to purchase. We have stayed at many Wyndham properties over the years and have generally had positive experiences. This experience at Wyndham Palm-Aire was very different and extremely disappointing. We will now think twice before booking our next vacation with Wyndham. A company that values its guests should respect their decisions when they have clearly and repeatedly declined an offer. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the management at Palm-Aire addresses the way these presentations are being conducted. No guest should feel pressured or intimidated into staying after they have clearly stated that they want to leave. #wyndham

A great find! I booked through Booking.com for 3 nights and was super impressed with the spacious…read morelayout of my room - 1 bed on each side with a half wall between, a small kitchenette with dishes included, and a large bathroom with huge walk-in shower. The room was spotless and we also had a connected patio - great space. My only comment is more storage or counter space would be nice in the bathroom as the vanity itself is tiny, and the 1/3 shower wall means that water gets everywhere the second you turn the shower on. The front desk offers complementary beach towels and chairs and has cold water and coffee available inside. The beach was super close - less than a 2 minute walk! We checked in after midnight and the auditor was pretty slow, but got us in the room in the K building. Parking was CRAZY expensive - $70 per day... we chanced it and didn't get a ticket parking out front for 3 days. But definitely include this in your budget for travel during busy season.

We got a one night stay off Expedia saying this was a 3 star. It is beaten up and damaged. The bed…read morewas old and uncomfortable. The mini fridge was nasty and the bathroom was small and battered. It smelled clean when we came in and hopefully we didn't take critters with us when leaving. The good thing was it was close to the beach and close to places to eat. If it wasn't so beat up I would say it was 3 stars but a step above a Motel 6.
