Charged maximum prices for sub par services being done with outdated equipment, employees barely speak any English. If you get your gutters done, please stand outside and watch, workers will climb on your roof and just rev the leaf blower to sound busy. Pricing is a joke, they won't even come out to see your property before they charge , they'll pull up a google image of what may not even be your home anymore and give a price.

Decided to try them one more time and signed up for the gutter cleaning package- you get a discount if you do two in a year. I wanted to schedule them out far from one another and they made it a big issue and had to get "approval". 2 in a year means you should be able to schedule 2 within that 12 month timeframe whenever you want. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .
