We hired Jet Limousines for our daughter's wedding on Nov. 19. We used 3 services. The initial limos for the bridal party went smoothly. On time, terrific drivers, a great experience. The 56 passenger shuttle was an entirely different story. Terrible terrible customer service. The shuttle was nearly 2 hours late. The Customer Service agent on call that night gave my son a hard time when called to check on vehicle. We hired a service that was subpar at best. When contacted on Monday requesting some sort of credit for the service the agent was rude, talked over me , and made excuses. The net net was we were charged $800.00 for the vehicle which did not show up when schedule but 2 hours later. Terrible experience. Not only did they charge us $1200 over what they were authorized charges they had other peoples tabs on ours that had nothing to do with our wedding. And when we called to figure out what happened the guy that was on the phone was incredibly rude and I was trying to be solution oriented and have him call the wedding planner and he hung up on me. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Our limo ride was $300 and they charged $1500. And we're terrible to talk with as if this was our fault. We used JET limos to help shuttle guests to and from our wedding and we can not recommend them enough. They did a fantastic job arriving on time for all of our different guests and having the correct vehicles for each group/party. The drivers were always very courteous and polite when picking up and dropping off our guests as well as throughout the entire course of the drive. The operations team also did a great job communicating and responding to us with any questions we had and making sure the contract was exactly what we had specified. I have used this limo service for 3 years. Never have I ever had to call and make sure they received my reservation because they always send me confirmations up until my trip. However, I made a reservation and they never even booked my reservation but proceeded to charge my account ON MY BIRTHDAY and then told me they had no drivers to accommodate me 30 mins after I was already suppose to have a driver. Ruined my whole birthday night and cost me much more money to try to make something happen last minute. They did nothing to help me out other than said you can call the next day and ask for a refund. I highly recommend against jet limo. I booked their services for my wedding (they partner with my hotel/were recommended through my venue). Their communication was AWFUL. I had to ask for pricing multiple times, asked for clarification that was never actually answered, and they sent the incorrect services the day of my wedding. I asked if they needed an emergency contact since I will be busy (ya know... getting ready for my wedding). I received a call from a guest of mine stating that jet limo sent the wrong number of busses. Fortunately, they sent one extra, but my guest/wedding coordinator had to call to ensure I would not be charged for their miscommunication. Not something I want to deal with the day of my wedding. Trying to speak to someone is horrible dispatch is awful some guy name GW has the worst attitude ever. I thought about canceling the trip. But when the bus driver pulled up in 5625 his bus looked amazing and even smelled awesome. he was polite had a big smile on his face he dress head to toe. And knew exactly where we wanted to go knew exactly how he needed to do it. We was happy. We felt safe he took care of us. He even came out of his own pocket for parking fees. I have used them several times with no issues at all. This time the driver missed a turn off the freeway making us 25 minutes late to my son's birthday. No worries, just go with the flow and figure it would be ok. The Airsoft went over by 25 minutes as the location wanted to ensure the kids got all of their time. On the way home the driver took some alternate route than what my GPS said but again ok we will get home no worries. The trip ended well. The driver was very nice and we tipped him VERY well. I then see a charge for overage fees to my CC with zero communication from the company. Once talking to them and explaining why we were late and that it was not due to any fault of our own they did nothing. I used to rent a limo 1-2 a year from here and I even paid the trip fee as I am an hour away. It is not the amount of the overage that was an issue it was the way it was handled. The delay was not our fault and the communication was poor. This is a business that was willing to deliver poor customer service for a small overage fee, only to lose much more revenue in future business. Best of luck to you and your business choices! Great company! We rented a mini charter bus which sits 27 people from tempe to lake pleasant. The bus was clean and comfy. Our first driver was so sweet. He arrived early and helped us load everything into the bus. Our drop off process was so smooth. Our driver who picked us up was early as well. She was so helpful and also really kind. Our experience with Jet Limos was inconsistent. We had quick replies one week and then would receive a notification that the driver was onsite but on the wrong day, and then many email confirmations (duplicates) sent the morning of, but not to the onsite contact - to the booker. As a meeting planner of 13 years, I value swift and accurate communication with a team that is competent and reads their emails. This was not what we received. We had prepared a manifest and were waiting on one address, but when supplied that address, somehow our destination (30 minutes from our pick-up), was what was supplied to the driver. Needless to say, our transfer was going to be 30 minutes late for a paid tour - not good. Instead of communicating to us and apologizing for the mix-up, I received a receipt for the full amount charged. When I asked about the mix up (to the VP no less), I received a response that it was basically my fault. Terrible customer service, poor communication within their team, but terrific drivers and vehicles. If they can make changes to their leadership team this company could really do well, but in the meantime, do not use them if you are looking for reliable or easy service in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. read more

I have used JET Limo on several occasions from rides to the airport to basic transportation while a vehicle was being serviced. During each time I have scheduled transportation my driver arrived early and was perfectly professional. During each and every ride my driver allowed me to conduct my business and did not attempt to interject themselves onto me (which has occurred with previous companies). I used their service for a medical appointment. After my appointment i was standing where he dropped me off, but he was nowhere to be seen.It was 110 degree in Phoenix on July 25th. After 10 minutes i called the office and they called him. when he finally showed up , for him it was ok. I asked him why he was not waiting for me, he said he was in the shade. No more words were spoken, no tip either. I related the matter to the vp of the company and she did not even want to hear me out, defended her driver. After all i did not have to stand in the sun, so how would he know I was ready to go home. C- Rating!! We were in town for construction show, and I was in charge of organizing a Cardinals football suite for 25 VIP-Presidents & CEO customers. JET said they were familiar with the stadium, and they fell WAY SHORT! My VIP customers had to walk 3-4 blocks away, & driver didn't know how to get close to stadium. JET actually called me with 5 minutes left in game to tell me driver had another appointment, and asked me to come down & get personal belongings as another shuttle was coming. I missed the winning TD, & they exchanged items themselves only after I SUGGESTED IT. I said I was their customer, & why is this my problem? Also, I had a DVD on the first shuttle, and they never gave the DVD back! NO EXCUSE for how they promote themselves! Reply with WE'RE SORRY, & reason X, Y, Z but MAJOR VIP's were also waiting in a parking lot after because again, they were not sure how to get to parking lot even though there were several other shuttle companies there. Horrible company and customer service. I wasted several phone calls and emails because after I made my reservation they continue to raise my rate and change the minimum time from 3 hours to 2 hours but originally when I called it was 1. I take excellent notes and I've been trying to reach out to them to make it right. A manager called me back to say that they would honor what they originally agreed to and then the next day a vice president emailed me to say that no they need double the amount that they originally quoted me before they had my credit card information. I know back stating I expect them to stand behind the quote that they gave me and then the president and CEO emailed me saying they need more money to proceed. At this point I don't trust them and I'm going to be using a different company. I've wasted a lot of my time trying to make it right before they even made the first impression. If you're looking for a corporate event I would probably look elsewhere. I'm also concerned that they have my credit card information now and they did not treat it securely or confidentially.
