I paid for the deluxe wash which included the hand wipe down, there were…read morenumerous places on the outside that I had to wipe down because there were marks, the windows on the outside were not cleaned all the way, the windshield was only clean where the wipers clean it, the inside, what a waste of money, there was water in the back seat on the floor board, glad I have the rubber mats or the carpet would have been soaked, plus there was mud. Before I left, I had to spend 15 minutes wiping down everything they missed and clean the water and mud out of the back seat floor. And, of course no one there speaks ENGLISH so when I tried to show the woman where the water was she kept saying "clean, clean" and I told her yes, because I cleaned it!! You're better off going to the car wash on 441 by the Ingles at least if you go there they have the vacuums and supplies available that you can use for free, since if you go to Holland's you'll have to do the inside yourself anyways.

The inside of the door frames still had dirt around the hinges on both doors, the wax job looked like one coat of wax with wax remaining on the seams of the hood, there was still oxidation on the roof, which I don't think was waxed, and the gas cap area was still dirty. All these things are done in a full detail. Don't get me wrong, the car was clean, like a $40 car wash clean, but NOT a $200 "full detail" clean. I won't return.

He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.
