A decent dealership, they get 4 stars instead of 3 because they helped me out with things after I…read moretotaled my car. RIP mustang :( I like the employees there, they sell decent cars and stand behind them. Never had an issue with them, after I wrecked/totaled my car they refunded my 3rd party warranty. These guys are probably more honest than most car dealerships. If you buy a car here, you'll be taken care of. Expect the usual car dealership stuff when buying a car, be prepared to negotiate and keep a sharp eye on the trade in value of your car. As with all dealerships they are in it to make a profit but at least they are honest about it. Thats all I ever wanted from a car dealer. I will buy another car from them at some point.

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for…read moretransmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

I bought my new car here 7 years ago and have faithfully been coming here for service every 5,000…read moremiles. I was there several weeks ago and noticed a big change in the atmosphere. The waiting area is different. The windows are all covered with advertising, the tv channel is all about TOYOTA now. The guy who checked me in was not very professional and i was there 1 1/2 hours for basically an oil change and tire rotation. Then they texted me and told me i needed back brakes ($325) and new wipers @$79. In the past they would come in to the waiting area to discuss something that needed to be replaced. I told them no to the wipers. I haven't had any problems with my wipers. I told them i would call back and schedule to get the brakes done. . Drove there today for the brakes. I had just sat down in the waiting area and got a text that my car was ready. Went out to the desk and the guy told me they didn't have the right brake pads for my car. He was very nice and apologetic. (Brandon i think) So now I'm scheduled to go back next week. (30 minute drive). Something is not just right there anymore. Seriously considering changing my service to Fred Anderson Toyota which is a little closer for me anyway. I hate that things are not as personable as they once was.

The sales guy was real respectful. It look awhile to get my car appraised. When I did, they gave me…read morea low ball offer. When I said I couldn't take that, he shook my hand and walked off. There was no willingness to work with me. Fred Anderson offered me what the car was worth, and found me a great new car.

Horrible! They tried to sell my stepson a piece of garbage used colorado for $485/mo x 72 months…read more The truck was dirty and had numerous damage. It also had paint spilled all over the truck bed. Granted he has poor credit and is a little slow but thank God I looked at it before he signed the deal. They were originally asking $23,000 71k miles for this work style truck. It wasn't worth $10k. They discounted it to $18k with tax title etc $20k. Told him one owner but told us 3. Never deal with these idiots. U will get screwed!!!! I've give them a zero star if I could.

After an online inquiry, I was contacted numerous times by different people about the vehicle in question. Today I spoke with a salesperson to see if we could come together on a deal. I was told, however, that no numbers could be provided unless I agreed to a "soft inquiry" to pre-qualify. I made it abundantly clear that I did not want anything that could affect my credit score or appear on my credit reports. I was reassured, explicitly, that this would not be a hard inquiry, that it would not lower my score, and that it would not show up on my report. Imagine my outrage, then, when within an hour I received an email from Credit Karma alerting me to multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. These marks can remain visible for up to two years, impacting future financing opportunities, all because I was misled. This is not only unprofessional, it is deceptive. I entered this conversation in good faith, but I was given false information that now has long-term consequences for my credit history. I expect accountability and a resolution to this matter. Amended: Countrywide Chevrolet has my phone number because they called me repeatedly. Yet here they invite me to call them. I have had text interactions with the salesman but no accountability or resolution.

Tried to get tires there but the service manager said they don't do tires and he recommended Superior Service in Walhalla. I appreciated the great recommendation and had tires installed by 6:00 after calling the dealer at four...I had just noticed a defect in my tire and was leaving the next day for a 3000 mile trip. Had an issue with no progress on getting repairs last visit, but after talking to Danny Edwards the owner we rescheduled and got the work done as promised at a lower cost than originally quoted.

Seems like bait and switch and false advertising to me. Same vehicle, same vin, same model but now they want $7000 more. I inquired as to the change. Austin referred that the discount could have included Fords retiree discount or related. This is just bs. Ford's retirees get a steeper discount. This scheme appears to simply be a bait and switch. Regardless, it's dishonest! I posted this review and would you believe it 2 reviews showed up day later. These guys are dishonest phonies.
