I had contacted several other mechanics, garages, and car dealerships in the Clayton area looking for help and nobody was able to work me in or even give me any advice on where to go. Jenn and John were on site less than 24 hours after my original inquiry, diagnosed my problem, and replaced my alternator and serpentine belt quickly and with obvious expertise. The mechanic/owner worked hard to get my truck fixed quickly and get me back on the road for less cost than I could have hoped for anywhere else. He also worked directly with my insurance company and parts distributors despite how difficult they were. His repairs worked wonderfully driving back across the country and for the following months until I finally got a California compliant OEM catalytic converter from Toyota installed.
