These guys are reasonably priced and they do an OK job. The wash system could do a better job on…read morewhite letter tires. I noticed that the secondary cleaning crew did not to take care of that either, so not too happy about that. All it would take is a quick once-over on the white letters to take care of any remaining dirt. Personnel are friendly and they seem to want to do a good quality service but the turnaround time was slow compared to what I was expecting and considering the items noted above that were overlooked. I think they are the only game in town for this type of wash service so I perhaps that explains some of these issues.

So today, when my wife was bringing her brand new car, her and I removed the roof rack, trailer hitch to make sure there were no problems. She goes in and everything was fine but when she had 2 seats left, the owner shuts off the vacuum and says they were closed. When she said she was almost done, he said "Nope we close at 4:45" she said "can I come back tomorrow? " he said "Nope closed Sunday and Monday" I am used to him being rude to so I haven't written a review, but apparently he is a dick to everyone. Luckily we are a capitalist society and I will drive to Cleveland to avoid giving him another dollar.

You pay $25 for ceramic coating, I don't even know if you get that. They try to sell you a monthly membership because you have to take your car through it 3 times to get it clean.
