Jet City is a small business where the services are provided by the owner, Chris. I selected him to clean our carpets because most of the competition we found was large, often franchise, companies where you have no idea of the competence of the employees. Chris cleaned expensive (to us) wool carpet that had some staining. The whole experience was very professional. He used text reminders, was punctual, and very careful of our house. He explained that he might not be able to remove all of the stains, and after the carpet dried, a few small stains reappeared. I asked him about them, and he voluntarily came back and cleaned them again at no charge. It is hard to find businesses this skilled and professional, so we recommend him highly. read more

After using Jet City Textiles twice before, once for carpet and once for upholstery, we had Jet City out to clean our carpets again. Every service has been fantastic and each time we used this company, I have been pleased with the service. This most recent service was 10/10!! My carpet is 17 years old and probably needs to be replaced- but the next best thing is a GOOD/ High Quality cleaning. My daughter spilled my husband's coffee - not just a half full regular mug of coffee -we're talking a very full 20oz yeti all over our new (very light in color) couch. Oh and this was just a couple days before hosting Christmas in our home. I contacted Chris and he scheduled us immediately. He braved traffic and harsh weather to make sure he was able to clean it before the holiday.. and boy was I glad he did! After just a couple hours and some good conversation, our couch looks as good as new! I could tell he knew what he was doing, making sure to understand what kind of fabric he was working with before starting. He also went above and beyond to protect our newly painted walls from his hoses and machines by using corner wall protectors (something the carpet installers didn't do).
