Work was done on our SeaDoo Speedster here. They were great about getting it in great shape. Even let us keep it at their facility while we tried to sell it. When we had a buyer Duke took the time to take them out for a test drive and gave them detailed instructions on the boat. It was sold that day and I am grateful to them for all the hard work they put into helping us. They are friendly, helpful and very caring. I will recommend them to any one that is looking to purchase a jet ski. Even the person that purchased the boat from us was very impressed with the shop and the people that worked there. read more

I have gotten many items from Jet Blast in the past. The staff is very friendly and knowlegeable. I recently had my bike worked on for the first and only time by Jet Blast. I could not find why my bike wouldn't crank. It ended up being a corrosion issue. After 2 weeks of not hearing from Jet Blast, I called to see how it was going. I was told that they hadn't gotten to the bike yet. I received a call 2 hours later letting me know it was getting worked on. When I dropped the bike off, I was told that there would be a $100 diagnostic fee that was nonrefundable but would roll in to repairing the bike if I had Jet Blast do the work. They called me the next day and let me know that corrosion was the culprit and that it would be $350. I decided not to argue with them over the phone, so I went in to confront them. I was told that it cost that much because it took them 4 hours instead of 1 hour and that I was paying for labor. I asked them why didn't they call me after the hour and let me know so that I could make the decision. They said that most customers would be unhappy about being called after an hour with a bike that still wasn't fixed and still have to pay $100. I went back and forth with them about their broken logic. I should have made the decision for them to keep working on it. They realized in the first hour that corrosion was likely the issue. That's all i wanted. I talked to a manager later, but I still got nothing solved. It was either pay the money or they keep my bike. I have warned several of my motorcycle friends about this place. I am luckily the motorcycle safety rep for my squadron at Keesler, so I can warn all new riders to the area about what happened to me so that they don't get this kind of treatment also. I now know to not trust a shop even if you've done regular business there. I should have gotten the $100 in writing instead of agreeing without paperwork. It's bad when you can't trust anybody nowadays. Stay away from Jet Blast. read more

He quoted me $43,261 for the same boat and trailer. He said his price includes the garmin gps. So the Garmin costs 13k? I told him about the video and he pulled it up and said it was the "starting price" I said yes lets start at the "starting price" since the one he quoted had no upgrades beside the garmin. My son has been trying to get me to purchase a jetski for quite some time. I had never owned one, and did not know a whole lot about them. A friend of mine recommended Jetblast to me, so I figured I'd go and check them out. The first day I went in, the staff was extremely patient with me when I explained to them I knew absolutely nothing about jetskis, and they spent a lot of time answering every single question that I had. They were not pushy at all and sent me home with some reading material so I could do my own research. Duke even reached out to me a few days later to make sure I didn't have any other questions. After going back in two more times I found exactly what I was looking for, and purchased it. Let me tell you, the customer service from this place definitely does not stop at the sale. After we finished the paperwork and they spent over an hour showing me how to properly flush the ski and going over how to use all the features, they informed me they take every customer to the water at Gulfport Lake to make sure I was completely comfortable with it and that we knew exactly how to operate it! This caught me completely off guard! It was a very informative experience and I think it helped both me and my son way more then we could have imagined! The best part was we got a free T-Shirt! :-) In all seriousness though, this is by far the best customer service I have ever received, and will continue to go back to them for anything I need. After visiting multiple shops that could not help me with my bike, I finally was recommended JetBlast by a friend of mine. Even before they looked at my bike I could tell things would be different. They took their time to listen to the extensive problems I was having with it and assured me they would get in touch with me as soon as they had an update. A few days later they called and had it the problem figured out. The service advisor took his time to go over everything it needed and gave me a detailed description of why. I probably spent 45 minutes on the phone with him because I had so many questions, and not once did he seem like he was irritated with my many questions and answered them all thoroughly. I spent less money getting it fixed right with Jetblast then I did at three other shops that couldn't even tell me what the problem was! They'll always have my business and can't wait to recommend them to all my friends and family!! read more

GREAT SERVICE! Quick turn around! I originally took my Yamaha Jet Ski to Gulf Shores Power Sports (AWFUL people!). Jet Blast was able to fix someone else's mistake, text me pictures of what was wrong, and flashed NINE codes on my jet ski that were not there before I paid Gulf Shores Power Sports for service. Jet Blast fixed someone else's mistake and for a VERY low price compared to what we paid before. This is the best place on the entire gulf coast! They are better than Halls and Gulf Shores Power Sports. They care about people (when I told them what had happened to us they were all ears and eager to help me). They have earned mine, my family, and my friends business for LIFE! read more

I am new at jet skis and knew very little about what to look for when purchasing one. I checked other places and found Jet Blast not only to be the least expensive but also the most knowledgeable, patient and caring people. My buying experience was hassle free and they did not try and sell me something I didn't want. When it came time for the final purchase, they didn't tack on a ton of fees or anything. I had zero experience with jet skis but they looked like fun although I had no idea where to start! Duke and everyone working there took the time to help me figure out exactly what jetski was perfect for me, and when we did find the right one they took time to the water and made sure I knew how to do everything I would ever need to know! We probably spent two hours at Gulfport Lake! I could not have asked for a more perfect buying experience. I'm sure I'll be back soon to get a second jetski! read more

Hey, keep reading!5 stars Plus I give. Some reason our stars disappear. Jet Blast is a BLAST, in all phases...Boats, Jetskis ...Motorcycles, Buy, get repaired, buy parts. Quality service, Frienly services and parts for any of it. Don't find your part , they order it. ..You can't go wrong. I have to hog tie my sons to keep them away. Surprise I thought Jet Blast was only the 1-stop-shop for all things jet skii's, motorcycles, motorbikes & everything to go with them BUT recently found out that Jet Blast could also BLAST my 2 TN handmade outdoor metal light fixtures that were rusting & needed a "facelift." Jet Blast did a FABULOUS job and the lamps are so beautiful now. And what a great place for the jet skiers in my family. Just in time for presents!!! Thanks Jet Blast! read more

Reading through the reviews I can't say I had any bad experiences with jet blast, I have been a long time customer for over 15 years. Awesome place, nicest show room, lots of inventory. Seems every time I stop by there is something new or some new upgrades to their facility. Can't hold a man down for good business and motivation. We were just blown away by the selection of PWCs and boats available here. We were just kind of looking to see what peaked our interest, and most dealers only have a couple models on the floor, but they had every model on the floor that was offered! Both the salesmen and service advisers were extremely helpful and very courteous. They have earned my business for sure! read more

They have also helped me when it comes to finding parts that aren't made anymore and advice on maintenance to keep my ski out of the shop. Very friendly staff.
