But before I get into the specifics, I will say that I highly recommend Mark Allen and Allen's Marine for anyone that needs to get their boat fixed. If you want to know the specifics keep reading. I have always had problems with the carburetor on this boat. I've had to have it rebuilt every single year that I've had it since 2012. When I moved to Ocean Springs in 2023 I found Mark Allen and Allen's Marine on the Internet and after calling him and talking to him for a short time on the phone, he automatically made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. I had the wrong carburetor on the boat. When I took it to him, he had it for about four months because he was researching and trying to find the right carburetor. Since everybody is going to fuel injection and four stroke outboards, it was hard to find but he would contact me about once every three weeks to give me an update on the progress. After finally getting the right carburetor. He had it or about a month after he found the carb to install it and make sure that everything was good with it. While fixing it, he smelled the strong fuel smell after he got the new carburetor on and found out my fuel tank inlet hose was deteriorated and allowing fuel to leak into the engine compartment and in the back part of my boat. I had him replaced that hose. I got lucky he found it because fuel was leaking in the back part of my boat and the engine compartment. Since getting it back from him about nine months ago, I've taken the boat out several times and have not had a problem with it since. It starts right up first time every time and stays running with no problem. I highly recommend Mark Allen and Allen's Marine to anyone and I won't take my boat anywhere else.

When we contacted them to try and find out how to get it replaced, we have gotten nothing but the run around. The do not answer their emails or return message left on the phone. They did send us a bottle of 303 repellant and with no explanation. We can not put this on the fabric as we are afraid that will void the warranty. In any event, that Sunbrella warranty claims they will replace the fabric and give $65 per yard reimbursement for labor and materials, which is really ridiculous given how much work is going to go into replacing the bimini top. We can't do any of it because we can't get them to answer. So our boat leaks. So much for great priced Sumbrella from this company.

Their return policy is also great. Had no problem returning un-cut fabric that I got, which turned out not to match as well as I thought it would. The staff were also very friendly and responsive.

My warranty was used to get the vehicle fixed which he forged my name so now I'm unable to use my warranty and my car is still not fixed. Every time I call or text him to get paperwork, he never respond. I am disappointed with the dealership and MiEngines. If he did not know what he was doing or could not fix the issue he should have left it alone.
