Brought my mother's 2001 Pontiac Trans Am to Charlie's Auto Repair due to multiple horrible oil…read moreleaks. He replaced the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket as I requested, and also found that the valve cover gaskets were leaking and replaced them as well. He showed me that the prolonged oil leaking had caused the transmission mount to get soft and fail, and even discovered that one of the front oxygen sensors were bad. I Brought him the new sensor, and he installed it and didn't even want any money for putting the sensor in. He also pointed out that the exhaust had a few cracks in it that I didn't know were there, but he doesn't do exhaust work so I'll get somewhere else to handle that, now that he showed me I have that issue. Everything was done in a fairly quick time frame and for less than other shops quoted. I'm going to bring my dad's truck there next for a waterpump leak. Great shop to do business with, no complaints whatsoever.

My experience was some what neutral. The body work was done great but then I confronted the owner…read morethat put decals on it got weird. My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

The coolant just kept dumping on the motor so it had to be steam cleaned as well. The job was done in a half hour and I was out of there inside of an hour. Priced right. Kevin asked me if I could hear that sound and I said yeah that sound drives me crazy. Well it turned out I came back a week later and needed a belt replaced but the timing belt was put on wrong not replaced with the original in November and it was tearing up everything. Took boat for consignment sale to Ocean Springs store. During consignment inspection several issues…read morewere identified so picked up boat to fix myself. Discovered cowling was cracked so call Kyle, service manager. Kyle said damage was there when inspection work was done. When questioned next day Kyle tells me they have video of boat arrival and departure and no damage was on cowling either time. Have not been allowed to see video. New cowling costs around $1,000! My history has been excellent in the past with Ocean Marine so this treatment was a real surprise. If I'm allowed to see video and find this review in error will update review promptly. Let's see if they have the courage to show me the video.
