The bathroom renovation exceeded my expectations everything from the tiling to the fixtures was done with care and precision. This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my…read moreprevious reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

I highly recommend Mike. I can't say enough great things about him and his son. They worked in…read moreunison without even talking most of the time. They even stayed and finished the project in a pouring down rainfall so as not to inconvenience me by coming back. In all of my time using hired handymen I have never seen anyone come so prepared for the project than I did Mike. Not only did he bring fast drying cement but he brought his own WATER TOO in case there wasn't a working hose at the residence. This guy is a pro! He quoted me a more than fair price including parts and labor simply by considering the photos I sent him and did not change his price even after having to pick up more hardware for the job. I could go on forever about Mike and his son so I'll stop. Did I say not only did he show up on time but he communicated with me throughout the day to remind me he was still coming. He knew I was cautious of he being a no show because the handyman I had scheduled for the day before didn't show and texted me over 4 hours later with some BS excuse. I thought they were all the same that they couldn't be trusted. Boy was I ever wrong!! You can trust this guy!! You have my word.

He's always been very responsive, charges reasonable rates and stands behind his work. When I started calling handymen & contractors in the area a lot of them never bothered to return messages, or would promise me a quote and then disappear. Bryce answered my call, was able to make a prompt appointment and showed up as promised. Everything he has done for us looks good and when there was an issue with part of one job he quickly showed up and fixed the problem. He's also honest when some repairs require someone with a more specialized skillset. When he discovered some issues with our brick walls he didn't hesitate to tell me that this was something that required a mason, so it's good to know he won't half-ass a job that's outside of what he normally does.
