This guy said he could see the car shine from 4 blocks away and needed to see what was on it that made it look so spectacular. I want to warn you. I thought I could do this myself. Did not turn out as expected and now it won't come off. Somethings are better left to the experts. Dave is certified and knows what he is doing. He also is very detail oriented. Last week, I had my vehicle detailed by Nomad Wash & Detail. When I picked up my vehicle, I…read moreimmediately noticed that it still had water spots and the lovebugs had not been removed, despite being assured beforehand that these issues would be addressed. After paying $238.99 on the detail service, I was told that if I brought the vehicle back, they could buff it out. I'm not sure why this wasn't done during the original service. Based on their recommendation, I scheduled a buffing appointment for Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 AM and agreed to pay an additional $140. I made this appointment a full week in advance. However, at 10:30 AM on the day of my appointment just 30 minutes as l was driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. I expressed that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice, especially via text message rather than a phone call. A customer who schedules a week in advance deserves more consideration and respect. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer loyalty and customer service. It appeared that my appointment was canceled because another customer was spending more money for his service. Whether that was the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. Businesses should never cancel an existing customer's appointment to accommodate a more profitable one. I had already recommended this business to my brother and sister-in-law, who were considering having their vehicles detailed with them. After my experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer relationships should be built on integrity, professionalism, and loyalty not on prioritizing whichever customer generates the highest dollar amount. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cannot recommend Nomad Detail's business based on the customer service, or should l say lack of customer service and loyalty they did not provide.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

David performed a full machine sanding (1k grit) on the hull sides, top deck side walls, and flat surfaces, followed by a heavy cut 3M compound with a rotary, then a DA polish to remove all haze and light swirls. He finished it off with a ceramic coating, and the results are flawless. He also treated and removed water spots from the windows, applied a protective wax coating, and did a full compartment cleaning in all areas. On top of that, he thoroughly cleaned the interior, scrubbed the teak wood floor, windows, and cushions--everything looks fresh, spotless, and professionally restored. David's attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in his craft really stand out. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the end result and treats your boat like it's their own, David is the guy. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking to bring their boat back to life.
