My opinion this is too many since the customer space is small. I then asked if we called in an order if we could pick it up. The man stated in a rude tone, not today we need 24 hours we have other customers. I stated I was just inquiring. I asked if they were busy at the moment, my mother who is a senior and lives with me outside of town was with me. I didn't want to leave her in the car for a long period of time- would have brought her home first. The man said in an angry voice well I can't tell you the day just started. If you call back at the end of the day I could tell you. I stated I meant did they have a long line, he said not sure and hung up the phone on my. Staff have been rude multiple times here but we go back because the product is good. We have decided now we will not return. We know these are hard stressful times but you shouldn't be that rude when someone calls ahead to take precautions or to ask what we needed to do.
