My friend's clothes shrunk, mine felt itchy, service was nice, but outcome of the wash and fold was pretty bad all around.

I asked before what temperature they would dry our clothes at and they assured me low temp for wash and fold. They incinerated my clothes. Everything is shrunk and ruined. Most of my clothes were brand new and worn once. I'm very upset. read more

Not the most comfortable laundromat for hanging out (air conditioning, for example, was not great). But I was in a bind and needed a laundromat close to where I live. this is my local laundromat and I love it. it's convenient, quiet, and clean. they clean the washers and dryers regular, so I don't get animal hair or anything like that on my clothes from previous washes. my clothes clean well and there is a large range of washer sizes. dryers are accurate, I don't leave with damp clothes from low dryer output. it's run by a family that is there all the time and always helpful. this laundromat is kinda expensive (especially the washers), but the maintenance of the machines, the quiet area, and security of no clothe theft keeps me coming back for 2 years now. read more

Approximately 2 years ago I went here and that's my old laundry facility resold to someone else so I thought I'd try a new here at Jessica and laundry. First visit here I received change for $20 bill I was .50 cents short. They did make it right. But chose to find a different facility from here on out. 2 years later I have come back to revisit to see if things have changed. I have been here four times since January of 2025 and 3 out of the floor changing my $20 bill, again 50 cent short. Please note that there is a man there, could be the owner, not sure. He is the one that's shorted me 50 cents each time. The one time was the lady and I believe that is Jessica and the quarters equal $20. As of today, once again I was shorted 50 cents. I asked if this is a fee for changing the $20 bill to quarter, he would not answer. As I see it he is stealing. This is too consistent to be mistakes. If you do business here, you've been warned. Or you can go a few blocks to 22nd and downing to CNP Laundry. It was super clean, coin machines, lots of washers and dryers, bending machine and the most friendly lady I've ever met. In today's world we all are working hard for our money and everything counts. I don't like stealing up any sorts. Randomly closed on a day where service was supposed to be from 8 AM to 8 PM. Walked a long way to get here. Very disappointed. But, while I was writing a very negative review, the owner showed up and let me come in to do my laundry and saved the day. Business looks a little sketchy from the outside, but fairly clean and efficient on the inside. Don't bother bringing a bunch of coins. I am visiting Denver from out of town for the week. My family and I like to pack as light as we can. I found this business which will pick up your laundry, wash and fold it, and return it to your hotel the next day. I called and spoke to a very nice man, Robin, who explained the whole process to me and set up my pick up time from the hotel. The clothes were returned to me smelling nice and folded tidily. For almost 20 pounds of dirty laundry, the fee was $30. I am very impressed and feel this is an excellent value for the time they saved me (not to mention being able to bring less clothing in my luggage). So, if you plan to visit Denver's downtown area for an extended stay, I highly recommend using this Laundry Service to save yourself time and luggage fees! read more

CAUTION: Careless workers, overpriced machines. I'm extremely thankful I witnessed an exchange between the laundry room attendant and a customer, before I gave this place my money. To make a long story short, I was on the edge about using this facility because the machines are overpriced and shallow. I left because the attendant chose to read a book instead performing his duties to maintain a safe and functioning environment. Customers questioned RJ (the attendant), a shouting match ensued. Pros: Nothing Cons: Inattentive workers lacking customer service skills. Overpriced machine that are shallow. Horrific first impression. LTE faster than WIFI. My husband and I have been coming here for a few months & we love the fact that we can use our debit or credit card here since we don't usually carry cash. There are also a lot of machines available: small, medium, and large machines. It is usually pretty lively & there is internet access. However, since we've started coming, the rates have gone from 2-2.25 to now, 3.25 for cold water. If you'd like hot water, the rates increase to 3.50. This is the highest price I've seen for a laundromat in the area, and sadly, I will not be returning as there are a few others by me that are lower than $2. read more

I love this place! James the manager is extremely friendly and often opens the door for you when you're carrying all your laundry in/out which is really nice. He struck up a conversation with me and we ended up chatting for quite a while and he has an amazing story and he's really gone a long way which is really cool to see.
