I found Jessica's Laundromat while staying in town for a few days. It was about a 20 minute walk from my hotel, and the only laundromat in the area so I decided to make the walk! It was super easy to find and located in a shopping center. I was able to exchange cash for quarters at the front and then got started. The location wasn't super busy on a Tuesday afternoon. It was $3.25 for a regular wash, but there were bigger washers available. The machines were pretty self-explanatory and fit a decent size load. I felt like my clothes were very clean. For the dryers, you can insert as many quarters as you need as it adds time in increments. I also felt like my clothes came out dry and fresh. The location was very clean. Everyone was super friendly, and there were lots of laundry carts, seats, tables and folding stations available. Great experience! read more

Always humans working there for any questions or problems. So refreshing from the automated ones I've been to with zero support. It's far from fancy but the machines are clean and work well at a fair price. Way cheaper and cleaner than the machines at my apartment building laundry room and at a way lower price. read more

The facility has lots of size options for small to super large loads. The folks who run the business are very kind and helpful. And the pricing is great! read more

This place is the best!! Small family business that cares about what they are doing. They have a program that allows those that cannot afford to clean their clothes to have them cleaned for free and you can donate to it. Their pricing is more than fair and their service is awesome. Free pick-up and delivery within 3 miles. Grateful to have found this place!! read more

Traveling through. Needed a wash and fold. They were very fast and efficient. And everything came out clean and nicely folded. All the ladies were very nice. They will even pick up and drop off in the same day. Good for if you are staying at a downtown hotel. read more

After happily using Jessica's for years I am switching to the much nicer Laundromat on 22nd and Downing. It is worth the extra walk to be treated respectfully by people who appreciate my business. read more

The staff was very kind and helpful and the facility and machines were very clean. Easy to exchange cash for quarters and they offer detergent, etc for sale. read more

My friend's clothes shrunk, mine felt itchy, service was nice, but outcome of the wash and fold was pretty bad all around.

I asked before what temperature they would dry our clothes at and they assured me low temp for wash and fold. They incinerated my clothes. Everything is shrunk and ruined. Most of my clothes were brand new and worn once. I'm very upset. read more

Best laundromat in Capital Hill, I've gone to other laundromats nearby but this one is the most efficient. The prices on washers and dryers are good, the laundromat is always kept clean. Seems that all of the washers and dryers work well and parking is usually pretty decent. read more

Clean facility. Plus, the attendant was helpful and friendly. Several machines were out of order, but I was able to find unoccupied machines that were working just fine. Not the most comfortable laundromat for hanging out (air conditioning, for example, was not great). But I was in a bind and needed a laundromat close to where I live. Jessica's fit the bill. read more

this is my local laundromat and I love it. it's convenient, quiet, and clean. they clean the washers and dryers regular, so I don't get animal hair or anything like that on my clothes from previous washes. my clothes clean well and there is a large range of washer sizes. dryers are accurate, I don't leave with damp clothes from low dryer output. it's run by a family that is there all the time and always helpful. this laundromat is kinda expensive (especially the washers), but the maintenance of the machines, the quiet area, and security of no clothe theft keeps me coming back for 2 years now. read more

Great place to do laundry friendly people and great location. They have wonderful promotions!!!!!

AMAZING laundromat!!! Always super clean and peaceful I love coming here to do my laundry. This is the only place I like to come to do my laundry. The staff is SO sweet and nice and very attentive and helpful. read more

Approximately 2 years ago I went here and that's my old laundry facility resold to someone else so I thought I'd try a new here at Jessica and laundry. First visit here I received change for $20 bill I was .50 cents short. They did make it right. But chose to find a different facility from here on out. 2 years later I have come back to revisit to see if things have changed. I have been here four times since January of 2025 and 3 out of the floor changing my $20 bill, again 50 cent short. Please note that there is a man there, could be the owner, not sure. He is the one that's shorted me 50 cents each time. The one time was the lady and I believe that is Jessica and the quarters equal $20. As of today, once again I was shorted 50 cents. I asked if this is a fee for changing the $20 bill to quarter, he would not answer. As I see it he is stealing. This is too consistent to be mistakes. If you do business here, you've been warned. Or you can go a few blocks to 22nd and downing to CNP Laundry. It was super clean, coin machines, lots of washers and dryers, bending machine and the most friendly lady I've ever met. In today's world we all are working hard for our money and everything counts. I don't like stealing up any sorts. And choosing business that you spend your money at should be back with honor and integrity with great work ethic as I do this for myself. Peace. read more

one of the worst service you can have especially with customer service SO RUDE ! Clothes came back stained will never come back to this establishment EVER AGAIN ! read more

Randomly closed on a day where service was supposed to be from 8 AM to 8 PM. Walked a long way to get here. Very disappointed. But, while I was writing a very negative review, the owner showed up and let me come in to do my laundry and saved the day. Business looks a little sketchy from the outside, but fairly clean and efficient on the inside. Don't bother bringing a bunch of coins. Machines are networked, so pay station is at a single location. read more

Jessica's Laundromat - Laundromat Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Highly recommend: even though a lot of the washers and dryers are out of service I'm Sure they will be fixed soon. Location is a little Sketchy but overall the customer service is top Notch. The owner or Manager who is always working is very helpful and courteous. He even helped with the app. Last wash needs to be in washer by 6:15 just an FYI. There's several Washers dryers and baskets. read more

No clue when this place is open and when it is not. Hours are not consistent with door hours and website hours. Sketchy spot it's in as well. Sad this is the "go to" for hotel laundry service. read more

Does anyone know the cost of doing laundry here? I am a little tight on money and not looking to spending a lot to do some clothes.

They picked up clothes in the morning and dropped off clean, folded, and hung that evening. Had an issue with a pair of pants and Colby called to explain, even offering to shop for a replacement. These guys go above and beyond - look nowhere else! read more

I am visiting Denver from out of town for the week. My family and I like to pack as light as we can. I found this business which will pick up your laundry, wash and fold it, and return it to your hotel the next day. I called and spoke to a very nice man, Robin, who explained the whole process to me and set up my pick up time from the hotel. The clothes were returned to me smelling nice and folded tidily. For almost 20 pounds of dirty laundry, the fee was $30. I am very impressed and feel this is an excellent value for the time they saved me (not to mention being able to bring less clothing in my luggage). So, if you plan to visit Denver's downtown area for an extended stay, I highly recommend using this Laundry Service to save yourself time and luggage fees! read more

CAUTION: Careless workers, overpriced machines. I'm extremely thankful I witnessed an exchange between the laundry room attendant and a customer, before I gave this place my money. To make a long story short, I was on the edge about using this facility because the machines are overpriced and shallow. I left because the attendant chose to read a book instead performing his duties to maintain a safe and functioning environment. Customers questioned RJ (the attendant), a shouting match ensued. Pros: Nothing Cons: Inattentive workers lacking customer service skills. Overpriced machine that are shallow. Horrific first impression. LTE faster than WIFI. Found a wonderful place around the corner on near 27th and Downing. Relaxed environment and deep washing machines and dryers. read more

First time user. My washer broke. I dropped a big load of towels at 10 AM. Picked up at 3 and they were clean and folded. Nice workers. Place looked clean. I'm taking my quilts and spreads there next week! read more

Four times in a row I showed up and they were unexpectedly closed. Never again - they just lost a loyal new customer. In addition: Dirty, crowded (poor layout), and questionable patrons. The app is useful as I rarely have cash/quarters but that's about it. read more

I used their laundry pick up service while staying at a hotel in downtown Denver. They are extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. I would drop off a bag of laundry and it would be returned same day! Used them about 6 times and always had perfect results. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a few months & we love the fact that we can use our debit or credit card here since we don't usually carry cash. There are also a lot of machines available: small, medium, and large machines. It is usually pretty lively & there is internet access. However, since we've started coming, the rates have gone from 2-2.25 to now, 3.25 for cold water. If you'd like hot water, the rates increase to 3.50. This is the highest price I've seen for a laundromat in the area, and sadly, I will not be returning as there are a few others by me that are lower than $2. read more

Always skeptical of having to do my laundry at someplace new but this place was just fine. The woman on duty was nice, helpful, and continued to remind the customers about their need to social distance. I'm sure it can get pretty "colorful" here but it was fine when I was there read more

Great service and value! Jessica's makes it easy. They will pick up and return your laundry the next day. Used Jessica's while working in Denver for a month. Considerably less expensive than using hotel laundry service. Will certainly use Jessica's again next time I'm in Denver read more

Looking good with the remodel! Thanks again for accommodating our last minute load in! Amazing!

Kind of pricey, but I was in a bind so it didn't matter that much. If I had to do laundry at laundromats regularly I probably wouldn't go here. But, seriously? No chairs? Seriously, you have to stand while your clothes wash. Seriously. read more

Came here out of desperation as I had let the laundry pile up and my building only has one set to use. Will most likely not return. See below as to why. I would estimate that at least half of the machines are broken and have been for quite some time. Also, for a laundromat where you are supposed to be cleaning things this place sure doesn't feel very clean. Only pros are convenient location with plenty of parking and it isn't very busy for 530 on a weeknight. read more

WAS a dedicated customer and always recommend this laundromat as a clean, pleasant, and friendly staff.....treated like a criminal after changing a $20 bill, got quarters, loaded laundry when I was told my $20 bill was FAKE...Really?? I just returned from the USbank ATM to do laundry. Thats some DIRTY customer service...lost a customer here and well as all my neighbors who do laundry there also. read more

Hidden gem. Love this laundromat and will absolutely be returning. I dropped off a comforter for a wash and it was ready for pick up within a day, even earlier than expected. Prices are really reasonable and the customer service is outstanding! I also loved that they gave me a call to let me know it was ready. My comforter also smells amazing. Thank you to the team there. read more

This dingy business says it's open till 10. I walked in a 8:45 to wash a comforter & was turned away. A competent business owner should indicate accurate service availability in the listed business hours. This dismal place was gross anyway, they did a solid refusing me service; I wouldn't wash my outside rugs at Jessica's Laundromat. read more

I love this place! James the manager is extremely friendly and often opens the door for you when you're carrying all your laundry in/out which is really nice.
