I've known Justin by working with him through my business for the past 8 years, which has put me in direct contact with hundreds of Realtors throughout the years. My husband and I met with him in April 2025 to talk about listing and officially hired him to sell our house that June. Even in a tough market with plenty of competition in our own development, he gave us the honest, data-driven advice we needed to set a realistic price. His marketing was excellent and showcased the house perfectly without being overdone--which is something I appreciate. It got people out to see the property, even in our rural area. We were honestly prepared for the long haul, but his strategy worked and we had a full price offer in under a week. Justin's sense for the market is incredible and he is easily one of the best in the business. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or bring any of his Premier Agents Network team's expertise in to help guide your next move.

Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend hiring him to be your real estate agent. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

Shari made it very easy for me by going to showings and showing the place to me on FaceTime, going to the closing and such. I only flew there once to see the place before closing, but it was because I wanted to. She made the process of buying a house so easy that I didn't even had to be in the state! With that in mind, Urban Durham Realty was the obvious choice and we are so happy with them, in general, and our agent, Marcelle Thomas, in particular. It was not our first time buying a house, or buying long distance, but it was the first time buying a house in NC, with its unique real estate customs, and Marcelle walked us through it all with patience and grace. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, even as we knew that finding the full package - our unicorn house, we called it - was going to be a long shot. We came up for what we thought would be the first of several weekends house hunting and by the end of that first day had found our new home. Marcelle guided us through the offer, the contract, and the few hiccups with the out-of-state closing and was very responsive whenever we had questions and made sure to keep us up on where things stood at all times. Marcelle was an absolute delight to work and tour houses with. Highly recommended.

Nata's feedback was invaluable as we looked at a few houses over a couple of months. She also had to catch us up on how different the real estate world is since we had not purchased a home in decades! We are settling into our new home, and Nata helped us by providing options to help us begin the process of "downsizing" when we needed to move into a home that was half the size. Nata then helped us sell our home with a contract in two days! She was able to get our home market ready in just three weeks and there were two times it snowed. Nata coordinated various workers, and she even installed cabinet pulls! When our house went on the market, it was a dreary Super Bowl weekend, and we had multiple offers. We purchased a home that was listed through Jeanette Hussey. It was listed as having an "Updated…read moreKitchen"... yet the flooring, counters, cabinets, and appliances were all at least 7-10 years old and needed to be replaced. The cheap peel-and-stick flooring in the kitchen was so old that all of the edges were chipping away between the tiles. The bathrooms were also listed as "updated"... yet the vanities and flooring were well over 10 years old, light fixtures were rusty, medicine cabinets were rusty and dated, and the tub in the main bathroom and the shower in the master bathroom had been painted and the paint was wearing off. We couldn't find anything in the kitchen or bathrooms that could have been considered "updated" as was proudly proclaimed in the listing. We still purchased the home because we figured it would all be easy to fix, and it was hard to find a home just under $200k in the area we liked. Anything that needed to be done on the house, which required seller's approval, took a week or more to begin to be taken care of. Things that we or the sellers needed to pay for were done without making sure the contractor charged a reasonable sum and several things were outrageously overcharged. Realtors should take care of things in a timely manner, with common sense, and represent the homes they are selling accurately and honestly without exaggerating updates in their listings that didn't actually happen. After we purchased the home, we found out the entire house had to be rewired at a cost of thousands of dollars because there were three separate instances in the attic where copper wire was joined to aluminum and the wire nuts had melted, one had even caused a fire that apparently put itself out in the metal box... the previous owners were awfully blessed that the house didn't burn down while they were sleeping!!

I have had a handful of realtors in the past. It always seemed as if I was a paycheck or just one of many other buyers they had and I wasn't a priority. Biggest complaint until I met Sasha, is that I would be put into a list for email and it seemed as though nothing I wanted was ever within them. Just a run of the mill mass email sent to everyone in the client contacts. Sasha found everything I wanted that I had been searching for, filtering, and sacrificing this or that while doing my own searches. Within about 2 weeks, she found the home I now live in and it wasn't just getting everything I wanted and was looking for. It was that with my being single and working over 60+ hours a week, she made the whole experience the smoothest experience I could have ever hoped for. This was all done during the pandemic. It went so smooth the entire time, I second guessed that I even got the house until the morning I closed. Also stayed 150k under my budget. If you're in the triangle, your first call should be to Sasha. Thank you so much for how hard you worked on my behalf. Best experience I could have ever hoped for!!
